Paleo-Collecting Pipe Dreams

Tracewyrm!

Lately I've noticed that I've been finding myself hoping for some less-than-likely genera to get figures. Species that, while perhaps not the most obscure, aren't exactly in the running to receive proper representation in the paleo-collecting sphere any time soon. (At least not in any mass-produced, easy-to-find "mainstream" sense, anyway.)

Stomatosuchus, Mawsonia, the kind of animals that are obscure enough to not usually get the attention of companies, but also interesting/ unique enough to not easily be substituded with other genera (i.e. in the way one could probably use a number of aligatoroid models to stand in as a Brachyhcampsa in a Hell Creek display or often times use similarly-sized titanosaurs interchangeably)

I'm sure there's probably another topic like this somewhere in the forum, but I figured I should ask:
What are some of your paleo collecting pipe dreams? Be it unlikely genera, or your ideal figure of a more notable species, as long as it seems unlikely to happen, it's welcome here.

One that I've seen technically sculpted but never referred to by name and would love to have as a figure is Baptanodon. Usually just referred to as Ophthalmosaurus natans, the overall shape and body proportions are a little different than O. icenicus, so I'd be interested to see one. A few figures pretty closely match so I'm not completely out of luck, it would just be cool to see it acknowledged.

Halichoeres

Any of the palaeodictyopterans
Any caseid, but especially Cotylorhynchus
Menaspis (Kabaya made one, technically, but it's very cartoony, barely recognizable)
Eretmorhipis
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Some of my mine are:

- Tiktaalik
- Halszkaraptor
- An accurate Gallimimus
- An accurate Shonisaurus
- An accurate Basilosaurus
- A nice new Megatherium

Elengassen

Basal sauropodomorphs, alvarezsaurs, troodontids and small bipedal ornithischians. Also any dromaeosaurids outside of the "Big 3". Companies seem to be allergic to these groups for some reason.
One day we will know the truth about Spinosaurus... but not today.

Pachyrhinosaurus

As a fossil collector, I'd like to see some of the animals in my collection represented. I collect both classic and local (Pennsylvania) fossils so most of those PA species are really pipe dreams. I mentioned in other threads how I'd like to see a Gyracanthus or other Red Hill fauna represented. Or perhaps the archosauriform Sphodrosaurus pennsylvanicus which is really only of local interest.

On the other hand, there are plenty of species common in the fossil trade that have been neglected by toy companies. Merycoidodon, mesosaurus, and Atreipus (Silesaurus) come to mind as some of the more charismatic vertebrates. I'm sure plenty of other fossil collectors would buy these to display with their collections as well.

Yeah, I am pretty sure a comparable thread lingers somewhere around. Anyway, why not produce and release a good toy of a land-living whale. When I am doing my cladistics presentations, I am forced to fall back on Bullyland Andrewsarchus.
