Looking over the animals we've chosen to go into the poll, I notice most of them are feathered animals.  I guess that due to PNSO and Haolonggood making most of the other species people want, it has left a lot of feathered species still waiting to be made.

Protopatch

Thank you for organizing this poll !

Just wanted to make sure regarding the number of options we can select as it is written "up to 38 options"?^^

Sim

You can vote for as many of the animals in the poll as you'd like.

Sim

I've just added Aucasaurus to the poll as I hadn't realised that was one of the wishes to go into the poll.

Faelrin

I voted for everything except Dryptosaurus, Gobiraptor, Leptorhynchos, Sauroniops, and Segnosaurus as the material is just too fragmentary, and would result in something way too speculative for my tastes (as far as scientifically informed figures go). Dryptosaurus I was torn on as it has historical significance, but I ultimately decided otherwise, and I feel the BotM one is the best rep we'll probably get for this one anyways, despite being an action figure, and in 1:18 scale.

Voted - among others - for Herrerasaurus and Ornitholestes. These two always had a subliminal celebrity factor.

Ornitholestes, Saurornithoides and Stenonychosaurus were all dinosaurs I liked as a kid, so they got my vote.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

I'm happy Herrerasaurus is doing so well!  A good figure of it is needed!

I'm surprised Austroraptor has got more votes than Utahraptor and Deinonychus, I thought it was less popular than them!

I just did a Google image search for Zhenyuanlong and the first page of results is almost entirely of Beasts of the Mesozoic, PNSO's press release artwork, or Emily Willoughby's early reconstruction. :-\  Really?  Such an important discovery and there isn't much else?  None of the reconstructions of it on the first page of Google images really gets the look of this species right in my opinion.  I think a good figure of Zhenyuanlong would improve its reperesentation, hopefully Safari or PNSO plans to make it..  And a troodontid, please!

Torvosaurus

I think the Cenozoic "dinosaurs" are greatly unnoticed. Seeing moas, elephant birds, Dromornis, Haast's eagle, Brontornis, etc., would be quite interesting and would highlight just how successful "dinosaurs" were after the KT extinction event. Really all that are produced now are Phorusracos and Kelenken. Titanis walleri lived and was successful up to 2 million years ago, pretty much just a simple drop in the bucket across the expanse of time. Birds need more exposure, IMO.

Then again, I do like Cenozoic critters better than dinosaurs. Not that there's anything wrong with dinosaurs, mind you.

Thought I didn't care for Theropods, voted for almost every option anyway... I guess the lack of good feathered options (and birds) really is just the problem here, isn't it?  :*D Safari is trying (bless them) and sometimes succeeding, CollectA has some adequates and quite a few stinkers, and PNSO is just allergic to feathered taxa despite pulling them off beautifully whenever they do attempt them.

The Templar of the Past

I'm surprised you included Sauroniops and not Cau's crown jewel.

The species in the poll were all chosen by forum members.  I didn't choose Sauroniops myself, and no-one chose Halszkaraptor this time.
