So I've just recently joined the forum and thought this might be the right place to getting started with posting.

About me: I'm currently re-living my early childhood fascination for dinosaurs. I stumbled over Schleich figures in a toy shop that I visited to buy presents for someone else, which brought back a ton of great memories. Later I was then introduced to all the other great figure companies out there and started collecting toys again. I binge watched every possible review-channel on YouTube (am still) and learning new stuff has never felt easier (all this dino information gets stuck in my brain - HELP). I wish it was like that with other more important information.

Now I am here to have a good time, get to know other fanatics and maybe find one or two trades for figures that I just need in my life and can't find anywhere anymore.

The last five years have seen the what is probably the most exciting growth in the availability, diversity and quality of figures and models readily available for fans of this hobby. You'll find a rich harvest of ideas and opinions on the DTB and DTF.

There is no doubt ,that the last 6 or7 yrs has seen the most dinosaur figures from multiple companies ever released probably ever ,let alone the vast array of merchandise...
The only time comparable is maybe around the jurassic park era but even ,i doubt the amount of figures,books,model kits would still match the recent years,but it was a huge deal back then and it was probably right in second place for amount or merchandise released based on dinosaurs...
