Seems like I've had my study forever now, but it was only last summer and fall that my wife and I were experiencing the living hell of incompetent contractors.

Ready to take the tour again? Great! Let's go inside!

The only new thing on the wall in this shot is the faded photo of my maternal grandparents beneath the Tom Thomson painting.

My desk, occupied by Hardbit and his favourite meal. Also note the cracked Triceratops mug that now serves as a pen/pencil container and the reading material. ;)

My library.

CollectA Guidraco lives on the stereo.

Transformers and Lego.

Classic painting of "Sue" by John Gurche.

Came across this interesting artwork at a shop in downtown Ottawa. They had Stegosaurus and Triceratops ones too. Should have bought them when I had the chance.

And of course, the dinosaur display case, with some new additions.

Shonisaurus

Thanks suspsy for the group photography with the uintatherium 2017 looks much more majestic than in the commercial photographs is almost the same size as the andrewsarchus at least is what I seem at first glance. On the other hand the basilosaurus is perhaps the loose part of the group, without that to say that it is a great figure this I say it from my point of view.  :)

ZoPteryx

Thanks for the tour!  Nice diverse collection you have!  :)

Tylosaurus

Hah grand idea with the cabinet man, that will save you a lot of dusting off 8)
Neat display, must of been a pain to get them all positioned the way you wanted them to :)

acro-man

Nice and awesome shelf.
If I'd have a shelf half size of yours, I would not need to sit in front of my collection 1 hour per day, idling and struggling to choose one out for sale in order to make place for the new ones.
In the end, I often fail. Cos I don't want to sell any of mine :'(

Thought I'd begin showcasing my dinosaur Transformers. We start with this guy, Power Core Combiners Grimstone, although I prefer to call him Brimstone instead.

And here are his component dinos, with names of my own imagination. From left to right: Snapper, Sounder, Slate, Smasher, and Shatter.

I think it would have been cool for someone to come out with a beer called Eric Kirby's Tyrannosaurus Piss

suspsy

Well, if it's piss you're looking for, avatar_Doug Watson @Doug Watson, you could always pick a six pack of that No Name brand from Loblaws. I reckon that tastes the same or pretty close to it!

No thanks, I'm a Guinness man. They could also call it Jurassic Piss or JP for short but the JPlll movie tie in would be less evident.

Mellow Stego

I know the shelving pics are from 2017, but I really like them. do they a lighting system?
Keep calm and love dinosaurs

Bokisaurus

Beer and dinosaurs, what could be better?😂
I was not even aware there were that many dinosaur inspired beer names!

suspsy

I know there's tons more dinosaur-themed brews throughout the US. I'm kind of sad there aren't more here in Canada. Mind you, it's been weeks since I visited the Beer Store or the LCBO due to the present situation. Fortunately, I already have plenty of brews in the basement to work my way through.
