Ooh, ooh, I just noticed another one in the most recent TV spot:

Hunting dino comes inside through a screen of pale draped material. Pokes head through first, takes stock, and proceeds.

There are at least two more, off the top of my head:
Maisie climbing backwards into the dumbwaiter to hide is a call back to Lex climbing backwards into the kitchen cupboard to hide in JP.
We see the Explorer that the T. rex destroyed and pushed over the edge. It is the same car, right?

DOUBLE CALL BACKS!  There is the making of an excellent drinking game here.

Totally forgot those two. I was mainly going by memory chronologically. I may spot some more next time I watch it.

Also with the indoraptor's death, I found it similar to the original planned ending in JP where one of the raptors was supposed to be crushed in the T. rex skull in the VC.

That is a good point, especially if we are including references to the novels, as well as the films.

I think the novels shouldn't count because they are a different medium. They are fair game for harvesting ideas that haven't been committed to screen yet. Not call backs as such.
