I will be backing this project, that's for sure!  I'm excited to see yet another potential sauropod for my collection.

DefinitelyNOTDilo

Agreed, def gonna back the starter species and hopefully the stretch goals too!

postsaurischian

Me either. I'd like to back all three figures so far.

Pliosaurking

This is looking to be a great kickstarter, I as well will be participating in it!

Quiversaurus

Wow that's a majestic Rapetosaurus indeed... Great selection of figures!

Concavenator

So far, I'm interested in the Chasmosaurus, Segnosaurus and Plateosaurus.

Faelrin

Rapetosaurus is long overdue I think. Glad to see it coming. One of the better known titanosaurs, and it's environmental contemporaries makes it a great choice too.

If Majungasaurus and Rapetosaurus are coming though, I gotta wonder if Masiakasaurus, Simosuchus and/or Beelzebufo would be feasible (in this scale) down the line? Masiakasaurus does have the great older Safari figure, but the other two have like no options currently (although Rebor is making 1:2 scale action figure of the latter).

If you are interested in Beelzebufo in particular, this is available as 3D print file from Miniature Museum. Actually in several poses.

They could do a mini set of the (presumably) scrapped Alcione, a Simosuchus, Masiakasaurus & Beelzebufo maybe
Shrek 4 is an underrated masterpiece

avatar_GojiraGuy1954 @GojiraGuy1954 That's a really nice idea (again if feasible).

I asked on Instagram and avatar_DinoToyCollector @DinoToyCollector says the stretch goals will be revealed next week.

We have a Plateosaurus to look forward to, but I'm curious to see what else is planned!

Sim

Oooh nice!  Thanks for sharing that!  I'm keen to see what the stretch goals are!  I definitely want the Plateosaurus!  I'm also hoping for Velociraptor in 1:35!

I'd like to have an affordable 1:35 velo apart from wild past's current 3d printed ones which are, as they put it... "dancing"

An update just arrived. Stretch goals include Plateosaurus, Maiasaura, Scelidosaurus, Tenontosaurus and some others. Some figures alone, some in pairs and even a trio in different poses (Deinonychus).

Woooow!  I had secretly been hoping Deinonychus and Tenontosaurus would be made in the Wild Past line!  My hope is to have 1:35 scale Velociraptor and Deinonychus, if the stretch goal is met the Deinonychus will become a reality!  Plateosaurus is another one I'm very keen to have.  As is SCELIDOSAURUS!  Tenontosaurus being made for the main Wild Past line also is encouraging for the possibility of Tuojiangosaurus being made too, since both have been available as Wild Past 3D printed unpainted figures.

This is from the newsletter?

Tenontosaurus is excellent news. My Scutosaurus set came with a little art card of Scutosaurus, and another showing Tenontosaurus, and I hoped that might presage a figure of the genus.

Man finally someone heard our pleas for Maiasaura, Scelidosaurus, and Tenontosaurus. Can't wait to see them. Another Deinonychus trio on the market is great news as well (last was Rebor's).

 :)  Here we go:

UNVEILING FUTURE GIANTS  by Stefan Klein

A Shift in Schedule

Originally slated for December 13, 2023, our campaign start date has been nudged slightly to ensure all the cogs in our logistics machine are well-oiled and ready to support the adventure that awaits. Adjustments to shipping details and logistics are underway to pave the path for a smooth journey. Though a new start date isn't set in stone just yet, rest assured, the 60-day campaign will be an epic period dedicated to spreading the word far and wide, ensuring our project transforms from vivid dreams to palpable reality.

Now, Onto the Epoch-Making Announcements:

We're thrilled to share a sneak peek of what lies beyond the horizon—our potential stretch goals, each a celebration of prehistoric marvels from every corner of the Mesozoic world:

Plateosaurus engelhardti

Hailing from the Bavarian depths, this formidable beast measures a striking 21cm in 1:35 scale, promising to be a centerpiece of any collection.

Teratosaurus

This lesser-known Triassic terror, a contemporary of Plateosaurus, is set to reclaim its forgotten throne.

Maiasaura

The 'Good Mother Lizard' comes to life with a hatchling by her side, embodying the nurturing spirit of the Cretaceous. The picture shows a nearly finished model in standard pose.

Jurassic England Duo

Dive into the Jurassic with a Scelidosaurus and a Sarcosaurus, the latter seen clutching a Dimorphodon, as portrayed in an early 3D model.

Deinonychosaurus Trio

Whether they hunted in packs or not. Three Deinonychosaurus in dynamic stances offer a chance to affordably expand your dinosaur diorama.

Breaking the silence: Tenontosaurus & Deinonychus

Revamped from our 3D shop, this duo is ready to leap into action, creating a scene straight out of the Cretaceous playbook. Here you'll get a Deinonychus figure attacking the peaceful foraging of our Tenontosaurus.

Join the Prehistoric Poll

We're eager to hear which of these ancient titans excites you the most. Your feedback is invaluable as it will guide us in prioritizing which models to push to the forefront. The more enthusiasm we see for a figure, the higher the chance it will join the ranks of our Kickstarter campaign offerings.

Let us know your top pick and help us decide which stretch goal to chase down first. Drop us a message, comment on our socials, or send a carrier pigeon if you must—every voice counts!

As we refine the details and prepare for the grand unveiling, your support is the wind beneath the wings of our prehistoric fleet. Stay tuned for the new launch date, and get ready to make history with us.

Thank you for your unwavering support and patience. Together, we'll ensure that these bygone behemoths roam once more.

With gratitude,

Stefan Klein

Ugh I can't choose. I want all almost equally. I guess if I must choose an order, Plateosaurus, Scelidosaurus, Tenontosaurus, Maiasaura, and the rest?

Also wow I had no idea Tenontosaurus had really weird hands.
