It appears to be paywalled. What's really interesting is that they mention it has relation to Prenocephale in the abstract, instead of Pachycephalosaurus. A bit interesting to think at least a minimum of two of these were living around there back then.

I haven't read this, but I think it's funny that the guy who famously combined all known Hell Creek pachycephalosaurs into a single genus and species is erecting a new genus on the basis of one partial skull.

Sphaerotholus buchholtzae is also known from the Hell Creek Formation, but Jack Horner was painstakingly comparing the Platytholus holotype with the non-adult Pachycephalosaurus specimens originally named Dracorex, Stygimoloch, and Dracorex to conclude that this specimen is distinct from Pachycephalosaurus and Sphaerotholus buchholtzae.
