XPlus/StarAce - New for 2025

Starting a new thread because this is scheduled to release first quarter 2025. Xplus/StarAce is making a Mosasaurus for the Wonders of the Wild Line.

Standard version has a smaller base; deluxe version has a larger base that includes a hybodont shark. Both were sculpted by Sean Cooper.

Despite the StarAce web site calling it a 'great white shark,' the shark is clearly a hybodont. Sean Cooper was gracious enough to respond to a message inquiring about it, and says he modeled it on Asteracanthus. That's enough to make me want it. Anybody want to sell me just the shark?

Makes me think I should have held out for an eventual discount on the Asteracanthus rather than pre-ordering.
