Quote from: thomasw100 on January 31, 2025, 02:02:21 PMYou seem to be lucky. I am not. My one got stuck at Shanghai airport 6 days ago and has not moved any millimeter since. This is now the second time it happened like this. I ordered on day 1 of the pre-order, paid the higher cost for EMS shipping and then shipping time in the end turns out like railways shipping which however is considerably cheaper. This is simply not fair.
I think that is because of Chinese new year. I ordered it the day 1 or the presale and has arrived to Madrid yesterday so it got out from chinese holidays in time.

You know my point is that I have paid the same expensive shipping costs and should get the same service, period. I do not care about a few days earlier or later. But if for the same price some get their order in 10 days and others in 3 or 4 weeks, then this is not OK.

Concavenator is here, and Concavenator approves. This little guy is great!

Looks like Haolonggood are starting to reach PNSO's level when it comes to sculpting theropod feet.
One day we will know the truth about Spinosaurus... but not today.

My Brachiosaurus came in yesterday. What a goliath it is in person! Now I have a feeling how you Argentinosaurus-guys must have felt when you received it.
I am very satiesfied with it and it dwarfs my other haolonggood sauropods easily.

As a Bonus I got the purple Huayangosaurus.  A very beautiful little figure.

Yes, they look a bit like the IKEA cabinets, or are they from somewhere else? A bit narrow for larger pieces, but they clearly work well for housing smaller vinyls like these.

Received my brachiosaurus today. Overall I think it's a fantastic piece.  The detail and body paint are well done.  The face , the teeth are ok not really a big deal.  The eyes are slightly painted off. One with a bit of yellow dropped behind it and the other painted slightly askew. I can fix it though.  I received the grey stegosaur if anyone wants it message me.  I have the first one so will sell this one.

I really consider it an essential skill for any serious collector to be able to perform minor corrective paint work like this. Good for you, avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon .

Compared to these bigger guys a drop of paint here and there isn't too bad at all. Just need a semi steady hand ;)

Brachiosaurus looks great, but now I feel spoiled with the purple argentinosaurus headsculpt and paintjob. Especially the exposed teeth is a very strange choice for a company otherwise good at trying to achieve scientific accuracy.

Torvosaurus

Nice collection! What is the sauropod between the t-rex on the left and the hybrid, red headed, horned and bipedal black dinosaur on the right, on the second shelf of the last pic? It looks like an Apatosaurus or Brontosaurus, but what brand?

Blade-of-the-Moon

Yes that is Guilhereme's Brontosaurus, a beautiful figure/sculpture easily one of the best I own.

I really hope they do a Diplodocus and a Barosaurus in the famous rearing pose if possible now.
