Turkeysaurus

Also Zhao Chuang is one of top paleoartists around the world. These models are based on his art. He is PNSO.

That's also selling point just like how Everythingdinosaurs keep mentioning working with Bob Nicholls in every two minutes in that Evolution brand video.  :))

Youran the Guizhouichthyosaurus

Dusty Wren

Nice to see another ichthyosaur! I like the splash of yellow.
Check out my customs thread!

I have a massive soft spot for PNSO's more unique non-dinosaur prehistoric models, and Ichthyosaurs in general. Gimme, gimme! :D
I really hope this is the start of a binge of marine reptiles. A long-necked plesiosaur has been on the top of my PNSO wishlist for years.

First non-dinosaur prehistoric PNSO release in how long? 2,3 years? And it looks very nice!

Much as I love their dinosaurs, it's very nice to see something different after all this time (though I would rather see them delve into some Permian weirdos instead)

Guizhouichthyosaurus goes right on my wish/purchase list.

Any ideas how to get PNSO 2025 in the US? Lana Time doesn't seem to have them yet (even for pre-order, unless I am missing something) and I am not holding my breath for HHT until the tariff issues improve.
thanks!

The three ceratopsians are available on Amazon, though only Stella and Judith seem to be the only two sold through Amazon at the moment as far as I can tell

Thanks. Ordered the three ceratopsians! Looks like two of them are at our local Amazon distributor, as they could arrive as early as today  :||

I love how there is movement sculpted into the body. A beautiful figure.

Agreed! PNSO's marine reptiles are great and it's been far too long since the last one.

I was planning to get the CollectA Shastasaurus specifically to stand in for Guizhouicthyosaurus, but this is a huge improvement and it's going right on my wishlist.
One day we will know the truth about Spinosaurus... but not today.

Bergues

Exciting, model looks very nice. I would be happy if we get few more marine reptiles in coming months.

It's slightly larger compared to PNSO Eurhinosaurus.

Eurhinosaurus is estimated at ~7M which brings it's 18.6cm model to ~1:37 scale

Guizhouichthyosaurus was estimated as ~5-6M+ long and model length is 20.7cm (~1:30 scale)

bmathison1972

I'm generally not one to draw comparisons but I like how this Guizy has an almost humpback whale-like appearance to it. Very esthetically pleasing  :)

GnastyGnorc

Man that is nice! Pnso also continues to show they are impossible to guess what they are going to release next. Lol

Shrek 4 is an underrated masterpiece

Faelrin

Wow lovely surprise. Colors remind me of the Carnegie Ichthyosaurus. Funny how they went from an extant dolphin to an ichthyosaur though. Also finally another marine reptile from them. Long time coming.

Hi!
Any idea on the scale?
I can see on the internet that the real animal was like 5-6m but Wikipedia also says 10m...

Thanks!

What a gorgeous model! I'm quite glad to see another Ichthyosaur out! I'll definitely be getting this figure at some point the summer.

Joliezac

Beautiful! I immediately thought of the Carnegie color scheme as well. I wish I had room for aquatic reptiles in my collection.

I found 5-6 meters as well. If that's the case and the model is 20cm, it should place it around 1:30-1:35 scale. If anyone has better sources on size though please share.

Fembrogon

Now that is a BEAUT!! And another new genus for me, too!
It's been a while since I was really excited for a PNSO figure. I'll be watching the price closely on this one.
