Or, "de gustibus non est disputandum," if I'm not butchering my residual Latin too badly - there's no arguing about taste. As avatar_Shonisaurus @Shonisaurus mentioned, there's always waiting and hoping for a Bullyland re-issue. Just because the wolf wasn't re-released previously doesn't mean that they won't do it in the future (unless the molds are lost, degraded).

avatar_RobinGoodfellow @RobinGoodfellow S @SidB Obviously each one buys the money in what they want provided that they are things that allow us to buy the laws of our respective nations and that is according to law. In my case I really like Bullyland figures and Battat figures very much (I spent a lot of money on them and I'm quite interested in that missing collection that fortunately I have the entire collection on my shelves) and in fact I spent on Bullyland's ankylosaurus whose figure cost me more than it was worth in the market in his day, but I was interested in it, I do not recriminate anyone to buy Bullyland figures since I also invested many euros in those figures.

That does not mean that in the near future (in the short or medium term) a brand will relaunch these figures and reissue them as Bullyland or Battat can be and prices will fall again. Nothing is impossible in this life and unless vintage figures are reissued that we are buying at eBay auctions or through merchants (of which I have very good memories of all of them and to whom I am eternally grateful both those within DTF and the various stores of eBay, Amazon and Aliexpress) but whose prices as is logical as the canis dirus due to its shortage are becoming increasingly unavailable.

For example, Bullyland's mammoth primitive breeding seems to be marketed this year and is the only figure in the prehistoric world of Bullyland that I am missing. If I spent 100 euros for that figure and then it was sold that year, wouldn't it be to regret it? I am the first collector and bidder of diverse vintage products whose metaphorically speaking but for the price of many vintage figures that I bought in his day and that may be reissued in the coming years I could have entire collections of prehistoric dinosaurs and animals of one or Two brands this year. But I understand that people buy figures on eBay or bid for auctions and first of all I understand the buyers and sellers of those endearing products.

Final note: if I were in the place of any member of DTF in relation to the canis dirus of Bullyland surely I would have already bought it even spending 200 euros skipping the auction but even now that I do "war economy" I can assure you in my In case I wouldn't even bid for this figure. I will be glad if any DTF member buys this awesome Bullyland figure and I will be the first to congratulate him.

Huge lot with Battat Ouranosaurus:

It also has that lot the Carnegie protoceratops. It is a lot of quite attractive figures and the price is undoubtedly not excessive although they are second-hand figures.

avatar_Loon @Loon Wow that lot with the Carnegie figures is a great deal for anyone looking to acquire some of the later and harder to find Carnegie figures.  The 2011 carnotaurus was easily one of the best figures Safari ever produced.  I feel like a lot of people don't look at those lots filled with lots of cheaper or less sought after figures.  I managed to get the Carnegie smilodon and deinonychus pack in a lot like that one for only $30.... The figures where is great shape too! and at the time the only smilodon around on ebay was listed for some crazy ammount... something like $250!? Anyway I think people should always remember to scan through lots like that one.  You never know whats hiding among all the filler!  ;)

Yeah, I make sure to scan the mixed lots of unlabeled stuff on eBay every so often. I got my 1st gen Carnegie T. rex is a lot of a bunch of junk chinasaurs/Imperial figures for $15. Not in the best shape but still.

If anyone is looking for Safari's 2004 baby Louie, check this listing out, though it's price is up there... I'm not sure what the worth of this model actually is though.
