I hope a certain person of this forum will get it.

Very classy UK, the Og figures are proper antiques which we don't often see.

Just to to lower the tone, there's a collection of various animals, dinos and chinasaurs, including a mutoid megalosaur which entertained the forum a while back, its just right of the lion and near the stegosaurus:

Yes, it was. That's why I mentioned it being rare and unusual. I believe it was made from fibreglass. There were several others too (Tyrannosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops etc) but this is the only one I have seen for sale.

How do you know? Was it you? >:D :)

No not me.

Just fishing but no one bit.

I think I was among the prospective bidders. The seller must have seen how many watchers they had yet still dealt early. Someone is very persuasive by the looks of it.

For those looking for a beautiful piece of vintage artwork showing the glorious H S Brumm figure collection.

It is a stunning rendition

Out of all the Dinosaur toys wrongly called a T.rex, this one probably comes the closest to actually being one:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Walking-with-Dinosaurs-3D-T-Rex-Height-Chart-Model-Pad-Keyring-Torch-BNIP/141140916542
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

They didn't even call it a T.rex...they (incorrectly) called it a "T-Rex" ::)

CityRaptor

Okay, yes. But atleast they got up to the Family right. Usually all sorts of Theropods get called that.
