Safari 2014 Megalodon scale?

I heard from another post on the forum that the safari Megalodon is 1/40 scale. Is that true?

It...is if you want it to be. It could also just be a normal sized white shark, since there is no distinction in figures.....Jut find a 1/40 or 1/50 scale person, stick next to it and say to yourself..."wowww....yup, I actually went and **bought** that"....
