I see various generations of Prehistoric figures running together. And a bit of an interpecies romance....

Wooden cases like that make good display cabinets. I have some myself, although they contained tea rather than wine. At least that is what I've been told.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

My wife hates dinosaur figures, no that's a little strong, loath is about right. So to keep the peace, and despite having a nice large house with lots of potential display opportunities, I have set up part of my collection in the loft.

Actually it works ok, she hates climbing up the wobbly ladder so I have complete control up there. Tonight I braved the cold up there to set up a few figures on display. If it works, I will begin to convert the loft to a man cave......

I took a video. Please forgive the quality as its cramped and cold up there.

Always figured if I ever was to marry we'd each need a house with a connection hallway between it.. lol

Nice collection, you could convert that easily enough with some insulation ,heater/air conditioner.  Of course then she'll always complain you never come down.. ;)

Thank you Jan. Its better organised now with more of my figures on display. Will update photos soon. I can't believe how much I still have despite selling probably 85% of my collection. To use those immortal words 'I am going to need a bigger loft' had I wished to have displayed my former collection.

In answer to your question, its a Billiken Rhedosaurus from Universal Studios 1982(?)

Hi, UK.
What are those two nice big desktop models at the top of your attic , grey T-rex & green Iguanodon , that look like were taken out of a Charles R. Knight painting ?
and where can you get a Carnegie Psittacosaurus with tag these days ???

They are indeed part f the Oldies set. And the Psittacosaurus, sorry but eBay is your best bet.

And I've been up in the loft once more. It's a devils own job to photograph, but here goes...
