I imagine this dinosaur, prochomngatus

Blade-of-the-Moon

Depends on your budget. lol

Actually any small species or babies would work out. A perched Archeaopteryx, Lariosaurus ,Microraptor,Nemicolopterus , Microceratops...there is a pretty long list.  I could see paying at least a 100.00 each for "figures" of each of those.

Mustn't forget your small non-dinosaurs, there's a number of strange and wonderful turtles and lizards in that size range.

Takama

Epidexipteryx Would be a cool life sized toy idea

Maybe some fragile parts but yeah I could see getting that species.

Hypsilophodon!

Or, as has been mentioned,  Archaeopteryx:

tanystropheus

-Anurognathus
-baby Dimorphodon

triceratops83

In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

tyrantqueen

Compsognathus and Pterodactylus.

Non-dinosaur, maybe a beautiful alexornis like WWD movie ?

Having a good and realistic 1:1 model (i mean the small dinosaur like you guys mention) seems gonna be very interesting, feels like we have a real dinosaur..

Hypsilophodon!

That one does not look to happy and is planning revenge!

Topic: In addition to the already named:
Rahonavis , various baby Dinosaurs like Mussasaurus, Confuciusornis ( male and female )
Non Dinosaurs: Lagosuchus, Thrinaxodon, Diictodon, Coelurusauravus, Hyphalosaurus
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

I actually did a bit of working this out some time ago, looking at all the dinosaurs under 1m long. Most of the species I came up with have been mentioned already, but I thought I'd post my list anyway.

Archaeoceratops yujingziensis - 55cm

Archaeopteryx lithographica - 50cm

Bagaceratops rozhdestvenskyi - 100cm

Caudipteryx dongi - 60cm

Caudipteryx zoui - 80cm

Compsognathus longipes - 100cm (Believed to be smaller, but newer finds have disproved this)

Eoraptor lunensis - 100cm

Epidexipteryx hui - 25cm

Graciliraptor lujiatunensis - 90cm

Heterodontosaurus tucki (interesting little dino!) - 90cm

Jinfenopteryx elegans - 55cm

Mahakala omnogovae - 70cm

Microraptor zhaoianus - 80cm

Mononykus olecranus - 100cm

Nqwebasaurus thwazi - 100cm

Pisanosaurus merti - 100cm

Procompsognathus triassicus - Up to 100cm

Protarchaeopteryx robusta - 100cm

Rahonavis ostromi - 70cm

Shuvuuia deserti - 60cm

Similicaudipteryx yixianensis - 100cm

Sinornithosaurus millenii - 90cm

Sinosauropteryx prima - 100cm

Xiaotingia zhengi - 60cm

Going over 1m, the list becomes a lot longer, and includes some well-known species like Velociraptor mongoliensis (average 180cm) and Protoceratops andrewsi (average 180cm) - 1:1 'fighting dinosaurs', anyone? ;)

Wow!! Hold it.
This Hypsilophodon looks so gorgeous, yet a bit spooky!
Dude, I very like Dinos and I cannot understand those who don't.
