At 1/50 scale it's probably pretty small. Looks neat though. Tylosaurus wouldn't be my first choice, but maybe it'll be the only one they ever do.

A 1:50 Tylosaurus(based on a 15 meter specimen) would be 11 inches long or close to a foot

That's not too bad then. Thanks for clarifying!

That's for the skeleton itself.  I'm not sure if the whole thing will be longer

They confirmed they have a Plesiosaur lined up too.  :)

Oh cool! That could be something I potentially might prefer.

A Plesiosaur in the core line (as opposed to the Oddities line) would be a welcome addition. The WS Elasmosaurus is certainly no consolation prize. While it is intricately modeled, the paint job is too mass market friendly for its own good  ;) The Papo 'Nessie' is basically a demented Cryptoclidus with a lot of anatomical issues. Aside from the 2 Favorite models, there is a serious lack of alternatives. CollectA is probably the best place to find obscure types of Plesiosaurs and Pliosaurs, but not the Plesiosaur.

They made it sound like it was in their line up for the Oddities Line, so I assume fossil form.

Charon now available at MiniZoo..

We've ordered in a bunch so we're going super aggressive on the price for a limited time. $39.99 AUD (or $36.35 AUD if you're buying from outside Australia). That converts to a ridiculous $27.72 USD plus shipping. :) :D :)) ;D

And, this will not be my new lamp.
Easy pass for me.

Neither for me.
To have an enlarged or minified fossil is really an odd idea in my opinion.
Because fossil replicas are often meant to be looking real (1:1) while skeletons can change size.
Besides, it's too complete, without damages, missing bones, misplacement or whatsoever, it just doesn't look enough real to me.

That said, lots of people are huge fans of it and gave it highly positive comment, check their pics:

I'm surprised how small it actually turned out. It looks nice, but is far too small.

Same here.  It's a neat idea, but I feel my money would be better spent on other things.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?
