Alright so I never did around to selling some stuff off. I chickened out I guess? Thankfully things were able to improve so I didn't need to result to that.

But anyways I did some massive cleaning and overhauling of my displays in anticipation of the stimulus checks arriving and getting myself that bookcase I've been planning on but put for like two years now. So some of these setups are temporary (and I'm also still cleaning some areas too so it isn't absolutely everything right now).

Some of my plushies are missing here because I had them tumble dried and haven't gotten around to getting them back on my bed yet. Please also disregard some of the mess seen in some of the pics because of my lack of display space, and the fact I'm still in the process of cleaning and reorganizing things.

What a beautiful collection without a doubt variegated figures as in many DTF members among whom I count myself but fortunately very clean figures. It gives me the impression that you are employed in cleaning your dinosaurs as it happens to me. My congratulations for having such an extensive and beautiful collection, as are all collections of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals to a greater or lesser extent.

Lanthanotus

I`ve seen the JP Brachiosaurus in all its massiveness at a collection in Australia last year but I deemed the Rebor Titanoboa a bit bigger, its the Rebor, isnt it?
Nice stuff there... I also spot Skyrim bubbleheads,... damn, that release is almost 10 years back already :D

Halichoeres

It's very impressive seen all at once like this! That JW herd is really cheek-by-jowl, isn't it? The plushes are a nice addition, a change of pace from the usual fare.

That is a very impressive Jurassic Park herd, and given how big even the smaller ones are, I imagine it would look doubly impressive on person
Megalosaurus, Iguanodon, Archaeopteryx, Cetiosaurus, Compsognathus, Hadrosaurus, Brontosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Albertosaurus, Herrerasaurus, Stenonychosaurus, Deinonychus, Maiasaura, Carnotaurus, Baryonyx, Argentinosaurus, Sinosauropteryx, Microraptor, Citipati, Mei, Tianyulong, Kulindadromeus, Zhenyuanlong, Yutyrannus, Borealopelta, Caihong

Thanks for all the comments everyone.

avatar_Shonisaurus @Shonisaurus Thank you. I do try every couple of months to rearrange and clean them or around them.

avatar_Lanthanotus @Lanthanotus Yep the Titanoboa is from Rebor. I didn't know where else to put it so my Brachiosaurus wears it like a fashion accessory, lol. Nice job spotting those too. It turns ten this year in November. Can't believe its been out that long now. I still play (and mod) it from time to time.

avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres Yeah they certainly are, lol. I think once I get the shelf later this week or next, that'll change. I'm thinking of moving all the non film species (except a few favorites) to the bookcase shelves, and keep the film ones on display by my bedside.

I also love those plushies. Fun to collect and I love to support a line focused solely on Paleozoic stuff, so I've been backing them ever since I came across their ammonoid plushie after backing the first BotM kickstarter. I really need to get a pic with all of them in it. I'm only behind on the Greenops, Eurypterid, and Dunkleosteus.

avatar_Gothmog the Baryonyx @Gothmog the Baryonyx Thanks. I'm still amazed I could cram so many together in what limited space I have.

I figured I would give a quick tiny update to folks that the 5 shelf bookcase has been ordered online. I don't know if it is the exact one I wanted for like 2 years now, but glad this will finally be on its way and I can finally have a bit more display space for once. It should be here later this month.

Well I've been working on most of this on and off for three days now, and honestly I'm not 100% pleased with where everything is. In any case I guess what I have now will suffice for today. Edit: Still not done, and may change things again from now and whenever. I guess we'll see what I like the look of the most.

How I had everything displayed as of yesterday:

Of course I wasn't satisfied with it all so I rearranged things yet again. Most of the empty space at top is reserved for my Beasts of the Mesozoic figures that I won't have until much later in the year.

So here's most of my Safari Ltd figures used to be, now with most of my non (in) film canon Mattel JW figures moved here instead. I'm hoping to get some wall shelves above these to make more space later this year I guess. May also need to store some figures/remove from the display at some point, such as the many repaints, etc.

And next to that is some of the more larger ones:

I had these on display for like one last time for now, only to pack up most of them and move them into a box of my other things in my dad's room:

Replaced by these:

Any "missing" Toob figures not on display are just inside their Toobs for storage (such as the compressed Ichthyosaurus from the Prehistoric Marine Toob, etc).

And despite getting this and moving things around or away, I'm still in need of much more space. I can't even fathom where I would be putting the many beautiful PNSO pieces if/when I could get them. I still have some more figures on the way eventually once they ship here (such as the many figures my friend in Germany is currently holding for me), and so many more on my wishlist I've had yet to obtain.

Loon

It's looking great so far. You mention the PNSO figures causing problems, I'm worried about where you're going to put that Mattel Apatosaurus. Also, seeing all those Mattel figures really does make me miss collecting them.

Faelrin

avatar_Loon @Loon I'm worried about that as well. Maybe the side of my bed? Like where my Mosasaurus is now? I guess I'll figure it out when it releases and I finally get my hands on it.

I'm already thinking of swapping my mammal figures where my Battat ones are currently (assuming they all fit and have room for a few more, namely the Bullyland Deinotheirum and Megatherium, and a few CollectA, etc). May make more space for the dinosaurs, and any future acquisitions by doing so. I guess if I get some wall shelves that'll open up more options too.

Edit: Well I did it again, and moved things around once more. I may have enough space for a few more mammals it seems, and have made much more space for those PNSO, etc figures in the process. Still should get some wall-shelves for future figures, but I guess I can get those as needed. I've spent enough for now (especially after I get the rest of my Life game kickstarter pre-order in tonight). I'll replace these pics come tomorrow, after there's better lighting, but flash will make do for now. At least I'm a bit more satisfied now with this set up.

This also highlights how poorly I'm lacking in ornithischians, despite how many quality ones exist as of now. Hopefully I can remedy that sometime this year, particularly with those from PNSO. I'm also lacking in sauropods too, and there's a few on my wishlist I hope to pick up sometime (such as Safari Ltd's beautiful Camarasaurus).

Edit 2: Replaced the pics now that there's better lighting.

Thats a big cabinet!
Nice to see your figures there.

Is that a plush Tully Monster on the floor next to it?

I am very happy for the new relocation of your figures, the new relocation favors them, it is a work of Chinese metaphorically speaking that of cleaning, ordering and placing on new shelves the figures of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals, especially those that we have extensive collections.

Apart from other obligations, in our case (those of us who are collectors of figures of prehistoric animals, for example) cleaning, ordering our figures and tidying up the shelves takes us a lot of time.

Faelrin

Thanks all. Glad I'm not the only enjoys this new set up. All that effort has certainly paid off.

avatar_Gothmog the Baryonyx @Gothmog the Baryonyx Yes it is made by Paleozoic Pals. They've done lots of others as well (such as Tiktaalik, or for this year Orthoceras and Gorgonops). I have all their others except their Greenops, eurypterid, and Dunkleosteus still.

Did some dusting and rearranging on my shelves. Not 100% sure on this layout, but until I get around to getting that new wall shelf I got sitting in a box put up, this will have to do. Anyways this is the bulk of my collection at this point.

Theropods, Ornithischians, Sauropods, and other Mesozoic reptiles:

Paleozoic (mostly Cambrian, I borrowed avatar_Loon @Loon 's idea with the plastic trays):

Cenozoic (mostly mammals):

The rest of that wall's stuff (taken pre-Deinotherium and Megatherium acquisitions):

The Mattel stuff below the Cenozoic display (I may put all the small non-film canon critters here instead, and have all the big ones on the other display section):

The other (non film canon, exception is the Brachiosaurus, with Titanoboa) Mattel JW display. You can also make out that I have my PNSO minis all hanging up on the wall, unopened):

Did some rearranging of my BotM raptor displays:

My main Mattel JW display (and you can make out my amiibo collection there as well):

Took me a while to notice the leaping CB Velociraptor... I actually thought you intentionally posed "blue" as sand-bathing.

And that is one extensive JW collection. No yellow quetz?

Faelrin

I do in fact have the 2019 Quetzalcoatlus, as well as a few others (like 2xSpinosaurus, Indominus rex, numerous T. rex, etc) hidden at the moment. I'm also realizing I forgot to share this pic as well. It will probably be updated soon, once I get around to getting images and unboxing the new Amber Collection figures I got.

I'm very lucky I found that and bought that AC Dilophosaurus (for slightly over retail), when I did. Those things are going for absurd amounts now.

Edit: Also not a bad idea regarding that raptor, if I wasn't so prone to having them in that constant battle pose lol. Honestly I'm quite surprised how the orange/bearded vulture Velociraptor posing rod still supports/balances and holds it after all this time.
