am i the only one who thinks that their Rex felt like the paint has worn off or something, especially the mountain variant .

J @jean I do not think it's worn paint or that it's a poorly painted tyrannosaurus "Vanilla Ice", it's just the colors that are off.

I have proof that all the figures of Rebor are beautifully painted and it is more without any kind of carelessness. What happens is that most of his figures are painted with conservative colors and matte and not bright colors. I have all his figures and I testify that none of his figures has problems in terms of paintings, finish and details.

I am getting more and more put off by these Asian "sellers". But maybe I am overreacting. Anyway, thank you Rebor for joining in on the conversation.

Fortunately there are many Asian and European eBay sellers who do not sell the Rebor dinosaurs at abusive prices.

You should not generalize there are Asian eBay sellers who sell their products reasonably as happens in Europe or America, in front of these people there are people who put prices that are excessive.

What is reprehensible that the tyrannosaurs "Vanilla Ice" sell them in the eBay store reviewed by me at misplaced prices, especially when they are not Vintage or old dinosaurs like Battat, JP / JW, Tyco Toys or Play Visions to put four examples These dinosaurs are now and are not out of print and it is more they are fresh out of the factory, that is the objectionable part of certain eBay stores. The bad thing that unfortunately somebody will pay these prices for some dinosaurs that are really worth a quarter of the market, saving at least 70 or 80 dollars.

But I repeat are not all Asian sellers and the same thing European and American bad and good people there is everywhere, and in this case people who take advantage of selling figures not out of print at prices outside the normal are a minority Regarding eBay, Amazon or other online stores.

From eBay I bought mostly current dinosaur figures for example Vitae in eBay Asian stores at a more than reasonable price such as Monsterhouse which is an excellent seller. The vast majority of repeat sellers on eBay do not sell them at outrageous prices. It should not be generalized.

I mean Ebay isn't the best choice for Rebor in terms of prices. If you want the best price for a Rebor figure it depends on where you live. Europe gets Everything Dinosaur where Rebor will be cheapest if you live there. In America its gonna be BigBadToyStore or BBTS where the Rebor models will be more than reasonable.

Vanilla Ice is 45 dollars plus 4 dollar shipping on BBTS last time I checked so pretty good deal if you're in the U.S lol

The Pose of this thing is great.
I wish to have the safari style feathered Rex in such a pose - maybe an idea for safari?
But otherwise this thing do not alive, like the carnotaurus which I bought in the past and sold again, cause he looked like a statue near my living Allosaurus from Papo (which is a really good sculpt). It is not the best way for rebor with their computer created Dinos - Quality has lost - that were great days with the Ceratosaurus and Acrocanthosaurus - long ago-
Sculped Papos are much more living animals.
Vanilla Ice is a really cool monster, but like many others told in that threat, it is no Tyrannosaurus Rex, it might be a Rex cloned together with the flesh eating plant Audrey. So if I would have children, I would buy for them  to halloween- for me I wish a really cool T Rex in such a pose, feathered or unfeathered, maybe Rebor? Or Safari, Papo?

I'm not sure how I feel about the large increase in scale size near the edges of the mouth.
Looks SUPER unnatural. I mean, even more so than most of Rebor's sculpting.
