Only the image of the Mt. Sibo display is visible.  :(
That's odd, I wonder if anyone else has had that issue.

Faelrin

Our first look at the Destructasaur Dimetrodon figure in that video (I think). The colors seem a bit off from how it looked in the images. A bit more purple then the orangish color on the spine. Also was that a Franklin figure I saw at 1:56?

And I already saw images of those displays earlier on reddit, but I have to admit that they are very well done. I really love the assortment of figures in them too.

I also have to wonder what the exclusives are going to be and any of the reveals. Going to be exciting nonetheless.

Hopefully scalpers won't be snatching up all the comic-con exclusives  ::) Something that is oh so common with these events.
Really excited to see what the unreleased figures are, hopefully nothing too interesting, like dinosaur species that didn't make the cut, as that would be a real shame to see remain unreleased.

Comparison between Thrash n´throw Tyrannosaurus and Extreme chompin´Spinosaurus

The Tyrannosaurus is a tiny bit longer than the Spinosaurus, but the Spinosaurus is somewhat taller at the hips, although the head is lower due to its posture problem that I already talked about.

Cretaceous Crab

I was excited about the Spinosaurus, but I just don't think I can live with that shrimpy tail.  :-\

Jetoar

[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

I can understand why they make the tail so small, it's a lot of additional material and takes up that much more box space. But man, it's really distracting on this Spinosaurus. I want to want it but I'm not sure I can get passed it either.

The short tail is a little distracting (as is the long tail of the Triceratops), but I can live with it since the rest of the figure looks great. A shame the leg issue seems so common, but I suppose I'm used to that since I have the same issue with my Indoraptor (that has trouble standing if not in tripod or on all fours) thanks to a loose leg.

What type of material is that Spino tail made out of?  Is it flexible rubbery plastic or hard Pvc?  I wonder if it can be modded or extended.  It's a shame there won't be 3rd party products for Dinosaur toys as there are for say Transformers.

How long is the Spino tail supposed to be? It looks fine to me.

Even though I own the T&T, the Spino is meant to scale with the EC T-Rex.

Mattel has unveiled some new 6" scaled figures, and...dang...do they look poseable.

avatar_Loon @Loon Your images aren't working.

No big for me though since I just saw them here: http://thefwoosh.com/index.php/2018/07/sdcc-2018-hasbro-jurassic-park-six-inch-scaled-figures/

I am really excited for these, since even though I dig my Battle Damage Blue (and 3 and 3/4 Owen), I also enjoy collecting 6 inch highly articulated action figures. I cannot wait for them to be released.

I also have been seeing rumors of a Brachiosaurus being released next year. I really do hope that is the case. I'd also love an Apatosaurus too, but I think the Brachiosaurus should come first if only because it was there since the start. Maybe they just needed the toy line to be successfully selling first before putting one out there.

Flaffy

I hope what seems like a hyper articulated JP Velociraptor will be the JP or TLW one instead of Blue.
The marketing saturation is getting pretty irritating.

Flaffy

Well never mind, it's "Blue"... again...
Looks pretty good, gonna pick it up for the sculpt and the sculpt only. I do not care for "Blue".

Patrx

Yeah, if it was just a matter of color, they could issue a JP1 repaint later on, but "Blue" has that thing going on with the teeth all the way to the back of the skull.

Dilopho

Yeah, Blue is a more vicious looking than the others. She has loads of snaggly teeth and little spiky bumps all over her.

Here's a nice video from mattel's showbooth thingy.
At 0:18 or so, next to the Stegosaurus on the top shelf, is that a Metriacanthosaurus or something else? It looks like a massive version of the Herrarasaurus.

There's quite a few new repaints there too. Looks nice.

Flaffy

I think that's just the BD Herrerasaurus.

Interesting to see Pachyrhinosaurus with Sinoceratops colours at 1:10, but personally would've preferred Sino.

Things like this just makes me get all the stuff, if only...

So I guess this means the Pachyrhinosaurus is going to be released as it is. Hopefully it is not labeled Sinoceratops when it comes out.

Those are the new reveals? That´s kinda disappointing. I mean, they look really good but since they are not a part of the main line I am not that interested on them to be honest.
There should be more reveals later, am I right?

Faelrin

The Pachyrhinosaurus with the Sinoceratops coloration is nothing new. It has been a thing since the New York Toy fair earlier this year:

It is also called Sinoceratops in the app (and also resembles a Pachyrhinosaurus). I can only hope there is another sculpt down the road for Sinoceratops since this one is unfortunately the product of them changing genus for the film, etc, after the toy was made.

I honestly would have preferred if the toy was called Pachyrhinosaurus since that is what is (in the app and the product). Regardless it will be nice to have another Jurassic Pachyrhinosaurus toy since the one David Silva sculpted for Hasbro is hard to get these days.
