The large electronic Indo seems like it has a better head sculpt, but the gloss and the floppiness is a turn off.
Really impressed with how smooth Mattel managed to make the articulation and action features.
Well, he did say it was a prototype and won't be out til fall, so they have time.

And I have to say, whoever it was who did the photography on the thrasher rex that resulted in the awful leaked pictures that made it look like a malproportioned mess needs to be fired.  That video shows that it looks pretty close to the ol' rexy.  And any abuse of Chris Pratt is always funny.  And I think Pratt himself would probably be doing that kind of crap.  Seems like that kind of guy lol

To be fair I still have the image and comparing the two it looks like a prototype.

Cretaceous Crab

I may have missed it in the past 14 pages or so, but does anyone know when these will be available in stores?

April 16th, according to this video

Primeval12

Anyone know how much I can expect to shell out for the Indoraptor?

Blade-of-the-Moon

Depends on which one you get.  I think the first one is 20-30? The larger electronic one is closer to 45-50?

Found some footage of the new T. rex toy "in action" on FB https://www.facebook.com/groups/16791880228/permalink/10156341990060229/
I'm not interested in this line, but this has impressive play-value!

Absolutely ridiculous amount of playability. Has to be one of the best articulated Rexes on the market. I will be reverting back a few years in age when that guy gets released.  ;D

2 sizes for the Pachyrhinosaurus?  :o I thought they were going to do things in scale...
That explains the much more colourful and vibrant one we saw at Toy Fair.
Poor Proceratosaurus is just suffering, someone put it out of it's misery.

MLMjp

Are you sure this is legit?

Because I do not see a Attack pack Pachyrhinosaurus listed in ANY of the published lists of products.

Besides, the Pachyrhinosaurus is not the only Dino whose actual colors defers from the promotional pictures. Carnotaurus is darker than what the promotional image shows. The two big Rexes are brown in their promotional pictures, but in reality they are more orange-ish.

I'm pretty sure it's not an official doc. The logo at the top is squished and several of the photos are photoshop cutouts of the stock images.
Not to mention it doesn't have an officially licensed Mattel logo.

Takama

It may not be official. but i find it useful as it lists most of the potential Toys to come out for the line.

Exactly.

Also there is no TV driver Indoraptor aka the electronic one.

Faelrin

That 'Attack Pack' Pachyrhinosaurus is the Roarivore that was shown at the Toy Fair thing. You can see it in the video I linked on the last page (post 272). Aside from the fact most of the line is missing (no humans, no vehicles, no Anatomy T. rex, no Electronic Indoraptor, the Legacy stuff, etc), the rest is pretty much right on what is a Roarivore, Action Attack, or Attack Pack figure.

Also looking at the JPToys list, it seems like there is even more maybe that wasn't shown at Toy Fair? Like the "Basic Dino Value", and "Battle Damage" things? Granted it does say everything known and rumored, but considering there wasn't anything shown for any of those things (I think) at Toy Fair, I'm going to be a bit skeptical for those, and not plan for them. There's also the Legacy stuff that wasn't shown, but there is an image floating about with the Grant, Dilophosaurus repaint, and Pachycephalosaurus figures (and some other Attack Pack raptor repaints), so those are legit.

HEre is a list of everything thats a normal toy

Just as an FYI, there is no Attack Pack Pachyrhino - only a Roarivore. The EW promo images sported a different paint job than the floor model.

Reptilia

If we set aside the huge Rexy and the Mosasaurus I think the most appealing to me would be the attack packs. I like Blue, the Dilophosaurus and the Gallimimus in particular.

Man, I came really close to buying that hunk of junk Jurassic World Ceratosaurus from a couple years ago, and I'm so glad I never decided to. This new one is a spot-on reproduction of the Ceratosaurus seen in Jurassic Park III. It will probably be bought on sight!

$30 for the giant Mosasaurus is a steal. Space will be the only issue there.

What's the deal with the Legacy figures? There's a separate line of similar figures themed on the previous films, or something like that?

Yes the Legacy line will contain dinosaurs, figures, vehicles, ect.. from the previous 3..maybe 4? films.

MLMjp

First 4 minutes of this video shows the action feature of every roarivore and action attack dinosaur.
https://youtu.be/8BZ8dfV6EQk
And confirms somehting I was scared of....Pteranodon has THEETH. WHY?! :-\

Jurassic park 3. Movie creature has teeth, toys have NO teeth. :)
Jurassic world. Movie creature does NOT have teeth. Both hasbro and mattel's toys have teeth. :'(

Shonisaurus

Honestly no wonder that both children and adults are "hooked" to the toys of Jurassic Park are very creative for children especially and most importantly have movement, some seem real as the velociraptor of the video principle that is the most He has impressed.

On the other hand the Mattel company of Jurassic World makes a clear deference to a dinosaur very forgotten or rather very underestimated in the toy industry as is the protoceratops.

Thanks MLMjp for that video I like quantity.  :)
