Those are fantastic!

Thanks, I am very fond of them as well. I love the color patterns and shades Martin chose for them......is somewhat thrilling , the concept you might be the only one in the world with a particular model or set of them. Talk about one offs......

Thor Hulk and Loki have a base now...love this piece, thanks Martin!

You're tempting me so bad with those painted models. I know I said I was going to quit doing them, but maybe I'll get inspired again in future. You never know.

The way these printed with so much detail and so nicely coupled with Martins paintwork made for a stunning piece....makes me ponder having some of the other things Dinoraul has done, printed

Maybe when I've finished building my next PC. I'll have a new, bigger harddrive so having those programmes on my PC won't be an issue.

It is a nice piece, thanks. It arrived today from England and was even more stunning in person. Martin always adds tiny little details that you might miss if you are not looking closely...for instance I had not seen it, but noticed today, the dinosaur on the ledge overlooking the other two appears to have some red highlighting to its crest and cranium, suggestive of a male marking....as he overlooks his two queens and their nest. Small subtle things you miss unless you really study what he has done.

:D What a splendid diorama!! Exceptionally beautiful!

Your constantly growing little Psittacosaurus family museum is adorable.
Martin has been influencing my style of collecting a lot. I guess yours too. I'm soo happy we all could get in touch with him thanks to this forum. He has chosen very tasteful colours for this one. I love them a lot and already told him :).

Reading the names you've given the trio, this cover immediately comes to mind    ;D.

I am delighted that you caught the avengers reference...precisely, thor, hulk and Loki. Kind words about my basal ceratopsian family that continues to grow.....afraid there are so few models of them available that I have been forced to resort to extravagant methods to enhance the shelves. I would not have this one without help from Tyrannt queen , fair to say.
I have noticed something about collecting pieces from Martin. I thought eventually his ability to create lifelike figures would crest and everything would start coming at an above average but somewhat expected level. The thing that truly stuns me about Martin is each time I throw him a challenge he raises the bar another two notches and makes something even more...wow, smacked it outta the park.I never really get much into how I want it to look or..what colors or patterns. I tell them...this is three figures, they need a shared base...go wild. He does...each and every time. (I get the feeling Martin enjoys his work more if you let him pick the colors, patterns and designs!)

When I learned Schleich intended to produce a new psittacosaurus figure this year, I was wondering how I would get mine. Enter Helge, my good friend from Germany...he not only ordered my set of three I required, he piggybacked them with his own to Martin Garrat's  shop for a repaint and basing. (Thanks and as always , you are appreciated Postsaurischian)
I ordered three of the models, and requested one be left stock, however the other two were to become a mated pair, male and female, patterned and colored after the specimen from the Senckenberg Museum, however with one difference.....we do not know if the specimen we do have is male or female and if the opposite gender might be colored or have a slightly different coloration. My request was for a male/female with one of the two having more bright display markings and colors.. In addition I wished for them to be nesting in some way.....
The Schleich model poses the animal in a quadrupedal stance, with seemingly inaccurate hands....which is rather difficult to work around, however it is fair to say that nestbuilding might be an instance where even a bi-pedal animal might utilize all four limbs .
Martins response is of course quite skilled and I was quite happy with it....which in your eyes is the female ?

Probably the best customization / diorama I have ever seen on this forum. Stunning.

Very effective use of the bent-over posture. Looks amazing.

That is a superb piece.  What a splendid way of combining two models to create interaction.  As to which is the female: my first impression is that the male has dug a burrow and is tempting the female to come and inspect how wonderful it is (compared to others on offer from other local males).  She is interested and coming down to have a look.  But I can equally reverse their roles and think of the bright blue splashed one as the female.  She is going in to tend to eggs/young, while the male keeps watch above.

Amargasaurus congratulations you could hire the Schleich company to paint your figures, they look like resin. A masterpiece.  8)
