Diplocaulus would be fun too! Though to be honest I'm one of those 1:40 scale freaks, and so I'm pulling for Koolasuchus or Prionosuchus so that they can fit better into my collection.  ;)

1:40 scale Diplocaulus would be tiny. They're only around 3.3 feet long. You'd probably lose it under a couch or something.

LOL, yeah. I'd definitely be first in line to buy a Prehistoric Amphibians Toob, though! Diplocaulus might still technically end up a little too large for my collection in that case, but I make exceptions for Toobs.

Prestosuchus, Styracosaurus, and Carnotaurus are now available on Safari's web site.

Spinosaurus looks incredible. The teeth also look reasonably sharp.
Allosaurus is vast improvement over the original.
The plates on the Stegosaurus are quite hefty. I like it.

Much better than the promotional pictures, specially the Allosaurus, whose paint job obscured a lot of the detail, here it looks so much better.

Citipati is also available to purchase now on Safari's website. Guess who just made an order 😅

Edit : they just posted that citipati is not yet available. I wonder what will happen with my order. I'll see if I can cancel it.

Agreed! This picture clinches it for me - I'll be getting this Allo for sure.

would anyone mind posting the pictures here? my computer won't let me access to the site

The Allosaurus looks much better in those images. Crazy how much of a difference lighting can make (as well as how it was shot too). Kind of reminds me of the WWD one too, which the earlier pictures did not do for me. Safe to say I will likely get it. I also can't wait for the inevitable comparison between it and the Papo one.

The rhino stacking thing was neat too. It's also nice being able to see how the new Woolly Rhino sizes up with the older Woolly Mammoth even if they are not in the same scale (though the new rhino is in scale with the Mastodon from last year).

I'll probably have to wait till December to pick up some of these (unless I can get lucky around Black Friday).

I'll post some pics of the originals when workload gets a little less crazy, do you think it will get Big Al's seal of approval?  :)

I don't think there's a way to know that since it's not available too purchase and the pictures on their social media are all from the same side.

You can see it on the photos just posted avatar_Jose S.M. @Jose S.M., there is still a white band around one arm and not the other.
Too bad, if Safari is going to fix it, it will probably be in later production runs.

Shonisaurus

Magnificent figures the novelties of Safari 2018 I hope that all the figures are soon available in the market of online stores in Europe.
