Thanks For the message Robin, I have used the internet translator and translated in English is the following. "In development: Japanese palm-sized dinosaur vol.1"
Japan where we live
How many dinosaur names were found in Japan?
What was the appearance of the Japanese dinosaurs?
A simple question, and the attention to Fukui prefecture is the excavation area of direct dinosaur fossil of Japan, in the Febaritto, the appearance of the Japanese species of dinosaurs like "Fukui dinosaur" and the figure of, I think we're going to explore its appearance.
"Prefecture of Fukui and dinosaurs"
Speaking of the city of Katsuyama in Fukui prefecture, it is known as the excavation site of one of the best dinosaur fossils in Japan. In addition, it is said that the dinosaur museum in Fukui prefecture in the same prefecture is one of the three largest dinosaur museums in the world, a museum representative of dinosaurs in Japan.
A long time ago, what dinosaurs lived in this area, what kind of ancient world was spreading? It remains little known from Japan dinosaur, but as Japan's dinosaur with a sense of intimacy, they continue to make fun of Fukui prefecture, they are getting closer to their appearance.
"Figurative"
Excavated from Fukui Prefecture Katsuyama the "fukuiraptor, fukuisaurus, fukuititan, koshisaurus" figure of a fleshy systemic style like dinosaur mini model. You can feel its appearance, character and image with the palm of your hand. It will be appreciated if it will be disseminated not only to Japan but also abroad and will become one of the cognitions of dinosaur fans around the world.
"Production of prototypes: Mr. Kazunari Araki"
The production of the prototype is based on Mr. Kazunari Araki, a representative of dinosaur modeling in Japan. I feel a commitment to the details that was built with strength. The authentic and great "Japanese dinosaur" will revive with the palm.
"Supervision: Fukui prefecture dinosaur museum"
By supervising the Fukui prefecture dinosaur museum that studies the dinosaurs excavated in Fukui prefecture, it became possible to manufacture more accurate and attractive products with academic bases.
● The entered image will be a sample in the middle of production. The actual product may differ.
● Release date: scheduled for September 2018

They are four new dinosaurs from Japan.

Halichoeres

Yes, looks like フクイティタン  is Fukuititan and コシサウルス is Koshisaurus. Nice to see them making species other than the standard T. rex and company for the miniature line!
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Flaffy

FINALLY miniatures that isn't a species they've previously done before (ie Rex, trike, spino etc)
Definitely interested in the Fukuititan and Koshisaurus!  ;D

You mean the only one worth getting, considering the price? I dunno, I got mine from BHI myself a couple of years ago.

..we're talking about a product from 2011/2012; it was not-so-common even at that period.
Probably BHI is the last webshop on planet earth selling Georamas...  :P

You really think they're selling them ?
It's more like they're keeping them hostage and asking for a big ransome :))

I really wish companies would offer more diorama prehistoric material...

I've been needing a decent Baryonyx for ages, I'm so happy that this has been released!

I hope you did your order to Brett because, as an Expo exclusive, for sure it will reach an high price on Ebay..  ;)

Ah crap...

avatar_IrritatorRaji @IrritatorRaji if you're still looking for the Favorite Baryonyx, Brett might still have this figure available as mentioned in Reply #8 here: http://dinotoyblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=7130.msg214281#msg214281

Hi, newbie question: what is "softmodel"?

Favorite has mainly 2 lines of figures: a "desktop" line (made of resin) and a "softmodel" line of pvc/vinyl figures.
Favorite called the last one "softmodel" due to its "softer" nature.
:)

A very fine Mosasaurus has been added to the Soft Model line for 2019.

True, it is one of my latest acquisitions of Favorite Soft Model (from my point of view it is a quite recommended figure for its quality and price) and all thanks to Brett there is also a vinyl mosasaurus that is an obviously toy figure but quite Decent, I also have it on my shelves.

Nice to see that Mosasaurus has slowly been getting the quality of figures it deserves over the past couple of years  :)

PhilSauria

Great Mosasaurs (and great photos). Any idea where these can be sourced online without paying an arm and a leg?!

I have only seen either of these listed a couple of times and the price alone has been more than I am prepared to pay and that's before shipping! This sort of situation makes me wonder why I bother sometimes - new release figures should not be so hard to find and so expensive when you do (don't get me started on the Mattel Plesiosaurus!!)

Maybe I should find another hobby...

Shonisaurus

The mosasaurus is highly represented thanks to the JW saga.

Pvc Mosasaurus is officially priced 1100 JPY ( 10 USD or 15 AUD ) :  https://www.f-favorite.net/SHOP/73323.html
Plus shipping and fee for a japan agent (usually 15%) because Favorite doesn't ship internationally.
More or less is 15 USD + shipping.
