Models forthcoming from Likaon

It's without a doubt a pretty well-made prehistoric armadillo. This brand of prehistoric resin mammals reminds me of a brand of hard plastic mammals that existed in the 70s and whose figures were made up of adults and young, now I don't remember it seems to me that it was Elastolin as it was called but its figures were very well done.

I would like Likaon to focus on other figures of prehistoric mammals from the oldest Cenozoic such as brontoteria, chalicoterium or the majestic paraceratherium.

That's a really good looking Glyptodon. I actually had never heard of this artist before, but after clicking the link, I can say I really like their stuff. That Megaloceras is particularly stunning.

This Likaon collectible prehistoric mammal brand reminds me of the mythical Elastolin brand of current mammals it has similarities as I have indicated above.

It's too bad that Haast's Eagle alone would cost me like $100 if not more, let alone if paired up with the moa as well, because I have been desiring those for so long, and it is gorgeous.

Same goes for many of the others here, such as the cave lion, the Megaloceros, Sivatherium, etc.

That position is very original. It seems to me a position of that megatherium similar to that of some current bears in a state of rest, as it happens with the Malayan bear for example. Fortunately, this megatherium does not have a hackneyed posture when it comes to its two-legged species.

What happened to Likaon models? Did the individual artists go their separate ways? Their website seems to be defunct now.
