Yet another oviraptorosaur from the Nemegt formation, Gobiraptor minutus. The authors claim this roughly chicken-sized individual has a few unique features; I'm taking their word for it.

Finally a chicken sized (or close enough) oviraptorosaur has been found (because of how many times these are considered chicken like dinosaurs in pop culture and other things).

Edit: I jumped the gun. It's a baby.

While it is unfortunate that this is just a baby specimen, there are still some pretty small oviraptorosaur species already known, so, who knows, there might be a new genus discovered that is chicken-sized when an adult.

Right, sorry, forgot to note that it was a juvenile. There are definitely some small ones, like Avimimus, so a chicken-sized adult definitely isn't out of the question.
