That would make sense. Babies, maybe? They look like they're 20 cm long, haha.

Bread

Definitely excited for this one. Really glad they released a small sneak peak kind of trailer and now this one! Really pulls you back in and keeps the hype alive.

Mellow Stego

What a great time to be a dinosaur lover!

Keep calm and love dinosaurs

Zalmoxes babies probably, since Hateg Island will feature in this show

I know, right? PK trailer tomorrow, the game in a week, Prehistoric Planet & Safari Reveals in May, JWD in June, EoFauna rex reveal at some point, etc

Carnoking

It's a good thing I waited till I was home to watch this because I got way too excited!

Faelrin

Was not expecting Carnotaurus and Deinocheirus to pop up here as well! Love the goofy arm show off thing the Carnotaurus was doing, lol. Gosh I love the diversity of animals being presented here. Really looking forward to seeing what the Hateg Island stuff will be like. I know Hatzegopteryx was confirmed too. This is definitely feeling like the next WWD. Just about another month away now.

And yes this is an amazing year to be alive for a dinosaur fan.

avatar_Flaffy @Flaffy I've been wanting something like that since the first trailer dropped. Hopefully something like that comes along. Fingers crossed anyways.

Beautiful (tear drop)

Unfortunatley, there is something outdated already...Carnotaurus with rows of scutes instead of randomly placed round scales across their bodies...

Still, majestic!

I was going to say, I can't be the only one who gets a little teary eyed watching this trailer, right?

Duna

OH MY GOD ....

This is going to be ... amazing!! The quality of the scenery is from other world, just like in the best BBC documentaries. I almost died when the water fell from the Deinocheirus "feathers" WHAT A SCENE!

Gwangi

I'm not gonna lie, that trailer made me emotional. I don't think I've been this excited about anything dinosaur-related since the original Jurassic Park.

1stly, my reaction to the beautifully-textured dino skins: https://www.getyarn.io/yarn-clip/7e661c6c-7e98-401e-b827-b311c4a92bc9

2ndly, based on 1:27-28, it looks like we're gonna get that hawk-like Velociraptor family group I hoped for ( http://dinotoyblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=7869.msg316851#msg316851 ). Yay!

3rdly, is that Beezlebufo at 1:29-30? If so, what kind of dino is it eating?

4thly, I wonder if that side-sleeping Tarbosaurus(?) is meant to be a reference to Conway's All Yesterdays work:

I've seen a few ppl say that, but how can they tell? The dino is too small & the scene goes too fast for me.

I'm really happy with the attention this trailer has gotten. YouTubers that have no particular interest in dinosaurs have been discussing the trailer and expressing excitement for it. There was even one reaction channel that said they liked the Jurassic World: Dominion prologue, but were disappointed by its short runtime, and how this is what they've wanted. The trailer is even on YouTube's trending page. I guess I was wrong about it's Apple TV exclusivity restricting its reach.
And the trailer has me even more hyped than I already was. Seeing Carnotaurus, Deinocheirus, Beelzebufo, the titanosaurs, the Asian tyrannosaur (Tarbosaurus? The Kundur tyrannosaurid?), and so many others, so beautifully rendered and behaving like real animals, is more than anyone could ask for. With this, Prehistoric Kingdom, Jurassic World: Dominion, and the upcoming figures (BotM, EoFauna, Safari Ltd), 2022 might be the year of the dinosaur. It's gonna be a long wait till May 23rd.
By the way, what kind of sauropod do you guys think the one on the beach is? People are saying it's Magyarosaurus, but most depictions I've seen of it show a shorter and stubbier looking animal. Could it be Rapetosaurus? Hypselosaurus? Or a South American titanosaur?
H @HD-man its snout has a slight downward curve like the snout of Masiakasaurus.

Because it lived with Beelzebufo and fits morphologically

Concavenator

Actually what people are referring to as a Velociraptor might be an Adasaurus, since Velociraptor and Tarbosaurus didn't coexist with each other and they also showed a Deinocheirus, so it's a safe bet to assume that tyrannosaurid is indeed Tarbosaurus, all 3 from the Nemegt Formation.

The question is: will they use the name Adasaurus? Funnily enough, this is exactly what happened in JP with Deinonychus and "Velociraptor" (except that case is worse).

Not necessarily. They could be either T. bataar & Adasaurus or Tarbosaurus sp. & Velociraptor ( https://books.google.com/books?id=AzHUXy7HGo4C&pg=PA178&dq=%22velociraptor%22+%22tarbosaurus+sp.%22 ). I'm thinking the latter b/c, based on what I've read, Adasaurus had a smaller sickle claw ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adasaurus#Sicke_claw_function ).
