By the way it must be a mistake of the company but it appears that the Collecta 2020 megalodon, although it is not yet for sale, put an excessive price of 99.00 euros. :o

I pass the link:

The price is excessive I suppose it is a misprint of the company.

CollectA 2020 1st wave also available in UK:

A nice sense of normality among uneasy uncertainty  ;)

Don't worry, it's just a placeholder price, many sites use it before putting the real one once the product is available.

Check out in-hand photos of the new 2020 figures on this Baidu thread:

avatar_Andreioli @Andreioli The saltriovenator and the lisowicia bojani are very well seen are the best finished figures of the second part of prehistoric animals of Collecta. The trilobite miniature looks pretty good and the megalodon is a pretty good figure beats I think other brands except the PNSO vinyl megalodon.

The Allosaurus is great too, it looks quite detailed.

Ditto. Might just get this one.

Flaffy

The Allosaurus and Saltriovenator are surprisingly well done. Likely going to pick them up when I have the chance

Question: Is CollectA's Allosaurus based on A. fragilis?

Mattyonyx

Do you think Saltriovenator's mouth can close more than this?

Sim

avatar_Flaffy @Flaffy, the new CollectA Allosaurus looks like it represents A. jimmadseni, based on the head shape and forelimb size.  A comparison of A. jimmadseni and A. fragilis can be seen here (MOR 693 is jimmadseni): https://www.deviantart.com/scotthartman/art/Allosaur-comparison-173333349

Neat! ;D
Guess I won't have to choose between the Safari and CollectA ones then, since they represent 2 different species.

(now if only someone made an A.europaeus)

Shonisaurus

Collecta's standard allosaurus looks majestic with outstanding figures from all of Collecta's second part, the Collecta team did a very good job this year. I would have liked a fixed base saltriovenator and allosaurus, but it is my personal opinion.

Does anyone have In-Hand pictures of the popular size Baryonyx?

It is a miniature with a different posture of the Collecta 2019 deluxe baryonyx. The work of Collecta is fabulous, it is one of my favorite brands.

avatar_Andreioli @Andreioli Thanks for the link to the 2020 baryonyx article and video.

I have some in my collection thread, including comparison of the two figures.
I really like both.

Gothmog the Baryonyx

Thank you! The more I see, the more I like it. And thanks for highlighting the dynamic pose, I think it's crucial.

A snap of the CollectA Microraptor.  Everything Dinosaur sent out a free Mojo Fun Lucky Golden Rat key ring in the box, so I took a photo for them, as they had requested, to put up on social media.  I've put up more photos of just the CollectA model in my thread.
