Just announced on the Monster House HK Facebook page.

They are taking preorders.  I've already contacted them - this is from a different sculptor than PNSO's Chang, but seems quite similar in quality and style.  Think of this puppy juxtaposed with the upcoming PNSO Amargasaurus.....

....yup.  Already made room on my desk for both of them ... ;)

WOW! :o
i'm quite familiar with Cheung Chung Tat's works, but this is the first time i've seen this new product. how much is MHHK asking for this?

$55 + shipping.   ;D

Depending on the shipping cost, its quite reasonable for something of this quality (with a base)...

my goodness, keep me updated with this thing. i have to get it

that price point is a steal

UPDATE:  Pre-order cost being charged by MHHK is $50 + $30(shipping) = $80USD total for the Giganotosaurus.

Just go to MHHK's Facebook page and send them a PM asking for a PayPal invoice and give them your Paypal email...

Here's their page link: https://www.facebook.com/monsterhousehk/?ref=br_rs

I pre-ordered mine tonight.  Now to keep my fingers crossed that PNSO follows through with the 1:35 Amargasaurus ...

By the way, is Simon a non-PNSO company? The dinosaur is greedy I think the beautiful tyrannosaurus Wilson PNSO will have to wait.

This giganotosaurus is very nice.

For the first time I think MHHK is offering reasonable price.

By the way, the dino is made of TPR, the base is resin.

By the way Acro-man are you going to market that figure in your store?

I really like how this looks. Considering the scale, articulated jaw, and optional base, I have to wonder how this would look alongside some Rebor figures.

Answer:  "Anatomically Accurate"  ;D

Ooo, that's pretty slick looking!  Hope they do more species.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

Nice.
This Giga is in scale with Wilson.
So tempting.

With that said, based on the pictures, it is lacking some of the finer details compared to Zhao Chuang's sculpts.
Would like its chin to be more pronounced as well.

I made the same observations, but at this price and scale it was a no brainer for me to get it.  PNSO is supposed to be releasing a Carcharodontosaurus, so they should all fit well together.  The key to me is that they are not doing the same species.

Don't know much about the sculptor for this Giga except that he seems to be predominantly a painter based on my Google search.  So perhaps that explains the difference in detail when compared to Zhao's works for PNSO.

Anyhow, its one hey of an initial sculpting attempt, if it indeed is his first sculpt!

PNSO releasing a Carcharodontosaurus is news to me.
I know at one point they are planning to release a Giga.
Jerry also shared the photos of the original sculpt.
Although with the fallout, nothing is confirmed now.

Pretty cool sculpt, although I don't like that much the chosen colours. And yet another chinese "company" that copies Rebor's type of presentation.

Minmiminime

Ooh...I'll be very interested to see some shots of the production figure. It certainly looks very nice, and seeing these beautiful models coming out of China seems very promising for dinosaur collectors for the future! Hopefully they'll become more widely available and affordable, they're a bit beyond me price-wise at present

My memory might be playing tricks on me, but if PNSO releases a Giganotosaurus, I will be getting that one too.  I plan on getting most of their 1:35 figures (not the Mamenchi because the species depicted is so small ... ) ...

Halichoeres

Very nice looking figure. When the PNSO version comes out, we'll have no shortage of excellent Giganotosaurus figures, but the only really good Carcharodontosaurus is the Safari, which is just a little small for my taste. Maybe Vitae or PNSO can tackle that one next.
