avatar_Sim @Sim Sorry, I have not specified, I mean the 2012 deluxe version if I remember correctly. The standard is a bit weak in terms of beauty and quality.

Vitae, and maybe the Nanmu, and W-Dragon Giganotosaurus should probably be there, as its probably only a matter of time before those release. I'm stull undecided if I would personally vote for those last two, but I know many here are fans of both or either or. I would probably recommend adding the Carnegie Acrocanthosaurus as well. I mean sure it's far from being an accurate rendition, but it has its charm and the color scheme is lovely. Probably one of the first toys of this genus too?

Is the Battat Acrocanthosaurus listing for the the original release or intended to be for the Terra one? Is differentiation even needed in this case?

Despite me intense lack of interest in this group, I do have to recommend the Kaiyodo Acrocanthosaurus be added. It's really a great figure for the size, and still the best version of the genus to date, IMHO.

Also, why has no one suggested the Papo Giganotosaurus? What's wrong with you people?

True, it is negative discrimination. Also add the two exceptionally beautiful and outstanding acrocanthosaurus (first rainbow paint version and second paint version). Papo's acrocanthosaurus is included in the list but its two versions of paint are not specified, on the other hand I understand that the two Battat acrocanthosaurus should also be added in their different paint versions, as Papo's acrocanthosaurus that of Battat does not come specified his two versions of painting although the dinosaur is the same in terms of sculpture.

Also missing are the PNSO giganotosaurus and the small and large size Papo giganotosaurus.

I've added all the suggestions except the W-Dragon and Nanmu Giganotosaurus as they aren't released yet.  Different colour schemes don't get different options, they all go under the one choice in the poll.  So the Battat Acrocanthosaurus is for the original and Terra versions, and the Papo Acrocanthosaurus is for both colourations.  avatar_DinoToyForum @dinotoyforum's reasoning for not separating different colour schemes can be seen here: http://dinotoyblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=2932.msg82078;topicseen#msg82078

avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin, the Carnegie Acrocanthosaurus was one of the first figures of this genus, I think the Battat was the first.  The Carnegie was released in 2001, the Battat in 1998.

avatar_Loon @Loon, would a top 10 ceratopsid toys poll interest you more?  ;)

Faelrin

avatar_Sim @Sim Thanks for the clarification regarding the multiple (color) versions.

It's also funny to me that at the time of writing my previous response the Battat one slipped my mind despite seeing it in the options there. It's like I forgot about the original version that came out way before the Terra version did. So yeah the Carnegie one may be the second toy of it.

Halichoeres

I'm not sure whether Chilantaisaurus belongs here, but the Vitae one is easily their best theropod figure and I'd vote for it.

I've added the Vitae Chilantaisaurus, it's an allosauroid reconstruction of the animal.  I've also added the larger Favorite Fukuiraptor.  It's been about a week since this thread was started and I think we've got all the figures that could make the top 10 in the shortlist now.  Do people think it's okay to start the poll now?

Halichoeres

I'd say so. There is always a late suggestion for these after they have already started, but hey, that's just incentive to visit the forum more regularly. This has been open for a week.

stegosauria

I don't see in the list the Carnegie Deltadromeus. And I would vote for the Yowies Rapator- it has his own charm like the Carnegie Acrocanthosaurus just not so ugly.

stegosauria

I read upon it a little and sorry- didn't know it was such questionable classified (or more likely not classifiable).

stargatedalek

The "JP 3D" Allosaurus by Hasbro, Allosaurus (Roarivores) and Allosaurus (Battle at Big Rock) by Mattel, Kaiyodo Dinotales Allosaurus and Kaiyodo vinyl Allosaurus would be my recommendations.

Sim

I've added the Deltadromeus and Rapator.

avatar_stargatedalek @stargatedalek this poll doesn't include Allosaurus as it got its own poll.
