What are you still waiting on the definitive version of?

We need two Prototaxites figures, one vertical and one horizontal.

(I'm kidding, but actually I would definitely buy these)

I'd buy them too. They'd probably be pretty easy to make, at least compared to plants - few branches, no foliage.

I don't buy the concept of a "definitive" figure, but I'm always excited to see better figures of any taxon beyond the handful of superstars that get new figures every year.

As far as animals that I think actually have a shot at getting made, I'd love to see good figures of any mosasaur other than Mosasaurus or Tylosaurus, any non-giant-pliosaurid plesiosaur, any Triassic ichthyosaur, any non-hadrosaurid ornithopod, any non-neosauropod sauropodomorph - groups that are fairly familiar to the public but neglected by manufacturers. To throw out a couple of genera from each above-named group:

Clidastes
Prognathodon
Trinacromerum
Rhomalaeosaurus
Cymbospondylus
Mixosaurus
Camptosaurus
Rhabdodon
Plateosaurus
Cetiosaurus

Also, Placerias.

Pinacosaurus. The PNSO version is good, but I feel like a company could do it just as good if not better. Still my favorite figure but would love another species of Pinacosaurus made into a figure

I really, really want a Mononykus. Especially the Prehistoric Planet one. I'm not a fan of companies just lifting designs from media (LOL Nanmu), but Mononykus is the one exception I have and I really want one of that little critter.

Carnotaurus
It's such an iconic dino and despite that, there's none in the 1/35 scale that sits right. The favorite co one is the nearest but the arms, shrinkwrapping and the color don't sit right

Utahraptor
About time the largest dromaeosaur got a definitive figure

Apatosaurus
The last great accurate one was in 2010?

jc_4130

A big Titanosaur in 1/35~1/40.  But someone has to dig up a more complete skeleton first ::)

Is it even feasible to do that in PVC?  Since the model suffers from the same weight/strength scaling problems as the real animal.  Unless it is hollow... or Resin

Wow that is nice!  1/30 is a little big to complement the Eofauna sauopods - are there any resin sauropods of similar quality in the 1/35~1/40 scale?

hope to see the MESOZOIC LIFE PROJECT figure released, it's the best one for me actually

I would say..but most are resin kits. Though you can have someone build and paint them for you.

I'd just browse around their site.

I agree with avatar_Newt @Newt that there's no such thing as a definitive figure. But I'd buy all of those suggestions. Also Thescelosaurus.

I emailed Guilherme and he said Zeus was 74 cm along the spine, so 25.9 m at 1:35, and 29.6 at 1:40. According to https://svpow.com/2012/04/25/the-giant-oklahoma-apatosaurus-omnh-1670/ there was an Apatosaurus vertebrae that was 1.27 times larger than the same vertebrae from CM 3018, the holotype specimen of Apatosaurus louisae, and the "Description" section of the Apatosaurus wiki article mentions that length estimates based on this specimen are 21-23 m, so 1.27 times larger might be an individual between 26.7 and 29.2 m long. So Zeus could probably work fine as a large Apatosaurus louisae if you're willing to go with sizes that are based on fragmentary remains.

Gothmog the Baryonyx

I second Apatosaurus. And I only count plastic easily attainable commercial items, not resins or 3d prints or one offs or customs.

Also Chasmosaurus. Preferably a nice size.

Muttaburrasaurus, I'm not sure if there are enough of them in the marketplace for it to count though.

Tuojiangosaurus, same.

Chalicotherium, as much as I love the Bullyland one.

Smilodon.

Tyrannosaurus believe it or not.

Utahraptor and Gallimimus.

Dilophosaurus,

And Cryolophosaurus, feathered please. And smaller than the Beasts of the Mesozoic.
Megalosaurus, Iguanodon, Archaeopteryx, Cetiosaurus, Compsognathus, Hadrosaurus, Brontosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Albertosaurus, Herrerasaurus, Stenonychosaurus, Deinonychus, Maiasaura, Carnotaurus, Baryonyx, Argentinosaurus, Sinosauropteryx, Microraptor, Citipati, Mei, Tianyulong, Kulindadromeus, Zhenyuanlong, Yutyrannus, Borealopelta, Caihong

Pliosaurking

Here's my top pics (just to clarify I'm not including Botm/cyberzoic stuff, as while I absolutely love that line I do personally prefer figures that aren't articulated and that are 1:35 ish scale. This list is exclusively for accurate 1:35 ish scale figures/models that are widely available.):

1. Pliosaurus
In my eyes there is yet to be a definite Pliosaurus. Collecta's isn't bad by any means but I think someone could definitely do better, PNSO?

2. Ouranosaurus
Other than Battats there is not really any options for an ouranosaurus figure, and that one is SO hard to find.

3.Utahraptor
I can't believe there's like virtually no figures of this species, it's the largest Dromaeosaur and it's fairly popular.

4. Apatosaurus
As others have said Apatosaurus is long overdue a updated, widely available, plastic model.

5. Postosuchus
Postosuchus is overdue an updated figure also. Rebor is apparently making one, I am hoping  they do but that may never happen or take several years.

6.Chasmosaurus
Another fairly well known creature that has virtually no figures out. Hopefully either safari or PNSO make one this year.

7. Purussaurus
I'm somewhat surprised that this giant crocodylomorph has no figures of it, I mean like come on it's one of the largest ever found! And it looks very unique with its very broad skull.

These are my top picks but some others I'd like to see are:
Nothosaurus, Pentaceratops, Gorgosaurus, and Anchiceratops.

These are more so families than actual individual species:
I'd also like to see some sort of Giant Titanosaur, and if not Pliosaurus then some other pliosaur, some type of Phytosaur, and some other type of ableisaur besides Carnotaurus, as well as more Anklyosaurs.
