How do I add images...? Tried the Insert an image button.

ceratopsian

See this thread for instructions S @shahinos - basically you need to host your images elsewhere on the web, e.g. Flickr.  But there are plenty of other options for host.  You cannot directly post an image.

Just had this arrive:

So this was a complete surprise. My mother ordered this the other day, when I was showing her some of the new Beasts of the Mesozoic stuff, and she didn't tell me. She told me to open this box up, and hid the address on it. Man what a pleasant surprise it was. I almost felt like a kid on Christmas day in a way. I am very grateful she did that. Also impressed with how fast it arrived, but like again it came from NJ a few hours away, lol.

Also courtesy of avatar_Flaffy @Flaffy got some new JW minis from a few days ago. He ordered a few of these for me, alongside some for him, and had them shipped here, since I'm also holding the Maisie, Beta, and Lystrosaurus set for him, which I luckily got from Target when it was in stock a few weeks back. A fair trade of sorts.

And tomorrow I should have the Hammond Collection Concavenator arrive.

Glad you had such a lovely surprise avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin.  I think it's a stunning piece of paintwork on the Fans' Medusaceratops.  Looks glorious if the sun catches it.

Been trying to pace myself with dinosaur related purchases as of late (to mixed results) but I suppose I can't chide myself too much for getting stuff I paid for well over a year ago! So glad to finally welcome the wave 1.5 Tyrannosaurs to my collection!

My pleasure! These little things are just so fun to collect (especially since you can check what's in the box before purchasing unlike CaptivZ ;) ).

I'm interested to learn your opinion of the HC Concavenator too, still on the fence for that one personally, and it's not like I haven't skipped HC dinosaurs before (velociraptor(s), Pachycephalosaurus, Gallimimus, Parasaurolophus).

Faelrin

avatar_Flaffy @Flaffy Well it arrived. I just got up, and checked, and it was there at the door.

In box I think it looks pretty good, but I'll have a better idea once opening up later, and playing around with it. Not sure if I'll get to that today though. Still feeling pretty dang drowsy at the moment, but hopefully it'll wear off in a bit (from my anti-depressant, even though I take it before bed time).

The latest arrival from "My Online Toy Shop", through Aliexpress. This GR/Haolonggood Carcharodontosaurus (blue version) sure is a beauty. My thanks to those who recommended this figure to me, overcoming my initial reluctance to get another exemplar of this genus. It is certainly the ultimate version, even topping my PNSO one.

Stegotyranno420

An absolute beast ;D

Fembrogon

I went and ordered a couple of Mattel theropods on an impulse, plus some action figure stands to try out. The HC Concavenator is still in transit, but Megaraptor and the stands arrived yesterday afternoon. I'm liking the Megaraptor pretty well, and the stands seem to work decently so far (although they're understandably meant for more humanoid designs).

Duna

What a beauty, S @SidB The size and the colour of that figure is amazing. Besides, it doesn't warp at all. Was it difficult to get? They have been out of stock for a long time ...

Yes, it turned out to be a really good acquisition, avatar_Duna @Duna , and I'm grateful to the people who persuaded me to go for it. Yes, the retailer apparently only had a few left, so maybe they had gotten some more stock, though that was disappearing fast, it seems. I noticed that Dans still lists the blue one in his inventory - that may be an option for some.

Roselaar

Added some neat and hard to find smaller JW figures to the collection:
