I feel like a kid again. Papo is back
Shrek 4 is an underrated masterpiece

The Yangchaunosaurus has amazing colours and a unique, cool design. The Feathered T. rex's fan tail is huge and looks awesome, like a Phoenix. FINALLY a crestless E. annectens figure. Anhanguera is incredible and looks like it's fuzzy. Honest to god I might cry

These look amazing! The image isn't the clearest, but this take on the feathered T. rex feels more appealing to me than Safari's version, accuracy notwithstanding.

suspsy

I think giving the T. rex a feathery tail is a rather brilliant move. We've already had plenty of T. rexes with feathers on their heads and torsos. This one will stand out.

also, are the Plesiosaur and Therizinosaurus in this same book? Are they repaints, or just re-releases?

And unto this, Conan, destined to wear the jeweled crown of Aquilonia upon a troubled brow. It is I, his chronicler, who alone can tell thee of his saga. Let me tell you of the days of high adventure!

Wow... this feels like running into your ex after years lol. this really is the papo we've been missing, honestly maybe even better, glad to see they're over there JP phase and whatever that other sculptor was doing, these genuinely give haolongood a run for their money in terms of therapods, I'd say the same for pnso but I still feel like pnso accuracy and skin detail will remain on top... with that being said... that yangchu looks realllllly goood

seeing the catalogue... what a mixed bag their dinosaur collection is lol

These look 10x better than I expected. It's like we're back with 2017 Papo. The Anhanguera in particular looks stunning.

What with Papo and CollectA so far, 2025 is shaping up pretty well.

Looks like apato and second feathered velociraptor are retired!

Oooo yes the Edmontosaurus could be good for Ed annactens!!! Maybe I'll consider that one, too!

Stegotyranno420

NO WAY PAPO IS SO BACK

MOVE OVER PNSO!

but kind of ironic how they finally release a feathered one after long been deemed as "unlikley" lol.

Flaffy

So very glad they didn't hire the other sculptor for 2025. I really wonder what took them so long to realise that they were some of the worst sculpts by a long shot and was actively tainting the brand's image.

Excited to see more detailed pics of them. They seem to be playing into their retro-esque style well with this batch.

Pliosaurking

All these look beautiful! Great to see Papo return to its former glory.

I think I've asked this before, but do we know for a fact these are sculpted by Mr Seo? The Yangchuanosaurus at least resembles the Suchomimus's style a lot. This latest batch, along with the Suchomimus, look digitally sculpted. The Suchomimus has clearly defined individual scales down to the minute level. While Mr Seo tends to go for more JP-style cracked leathery skin +/- large crocodilian scales.

These look impressive. 8)

We don't know for sure I think, but really he's the only papo sculptor who makes models this good, so unless they've hired someone new it has to be him.

Pachyrhinosaurus

These appear to all be digitally-sculpted. Papo has been doing this for a while though. Their previous octopus had print lines in it.

Also, it looks like the Yangchuanosaurus' color scheme was inspired by the JP/// spino.

Am I dreaming?

An Edmontosaurus annectens without a crest :o

A striking Yangchuanosaurus.

And a feathered T.rex and Anhanguera that despite not being interested on them they are still beautiful pieces on their own.

No abominations to be seen. Everything looks great.

avatar_Sim @Sim I owe you an apology, you were right, Papo was the one to ask about E.annectens.
