I tend to lump Kinto, Favorite, and Dinostoreus all together in my head.

The Allosaurus is nice looking, the hand position is wrong, but other than that.

Ah, that life-sized Flavio Compsognathus! :) Looks huge among the others. Too bad I didn't buy it when it was readily available... :-\

that allo I got when they were selling at a special price, $25 :o

Man. This Thread is tempting me to buy more of these models.     But i wish they pump out some more obscure species.

Wasn't the Allosaurus sculpted by Shane Foulkes?

Ooops, just read Horridus' post, ignore this message.

Did they release any new pieces for 2012 ?  Hard to recall now...I don't think I've heard anything about 2013 either ? :?

Ah okay, but nothing for their regular production line then.

I expect that Rex will show up later in it if they do continue, maybe a bit different.

Did they discontinue the compognathus then? I had bought mine about a year ago, and it was pricey and shipping even more so.

I only own the Pachycephalosaurus figure of this excellent line but I hope to expand my collection soon. Is there anywhere where I can find comparison shots of the various figures of this line (or most of them at least) so I can find out the size of the other figure compared to the Pachy?

Blade-of-the-Moon

There is the one pic above.  I don't think anyone has posted a pic of their entire collection altogether in one shot as of yet.

I have few of these - including some that haven't been shown yet.  I'll try to assemble them for a group shot in the next day or two.

Too bad. But is there also no known group shot on the company's page or on webstores' pages? I vaguely recall seeing such a picture posted on the old DTF but I couldn't find it anymore.

Anybody know how much bigger (if at all) the Carnotaurus is compared to the Pachy? That would also help.

I purchased my pieces from www.dinostoreus.com  There are pictures there or were when I got mine. I do own the amargasaurus, brachiosaurus, stegosaurus, Scioponyx , and Compsognathus. The last two were rendered at 1/1 scale or life sized for the models. They are larger than the rest of the line considerably

Wow, didn't remember that I had so many of these guys; might be the first time I've assembled all of them together!  Of course I don't have the pachy for a reference, but most of these figures are in the 1:35 scale, except for the brachy and apato, which are 1:50, and the Trcic rex, which is 1:24.  I got a lot of them from Dinostoreus, every now and then  they have a 40-50% off sale, worth waiting for.  The Allosaurus is on sale now.  Several I got on ebay dirt cheap, including the sauropods for ~15 bucks each, and some from fellow forum members for a good price.  Got the rex for a fraction of its usual cost because it had a broken leg – relatively easy fix, though.  I actually put a metal rod up from the base into the body to strengthen it.  It's also the only figure I have where the resin base is attached to the wooden base.  These figures are probably the most brittle of all the resin figures I own, they shatter easily, so handle with care.  They do come well-packed, however, if you get them directly from Dinostoreus.  The stego  and the galli herd are perhaps my faves of the bunch, but they're all good IMHO.  Happy Collecting!

Thanks for the pic, Radman, that sure helps! The only problem I have now is that I still only have the Pachy as a direct frame of reference for determining scale, but it's not on your picture. Any idea what size it is compared to the rest of them?

Would guess it's a bit larger than the Carnegie "charging" sculpt, which I think is 1:40.  I actually wanted to include that in the group shot, but couldn't find it in the garage.  ::)

Here is the new Kinto/Favorite 1/50 scale desktop Brachiosaurus (20" long!)
