Just ordered the Ingentia from them. Previously, I definitely would have ordered the bear, but I'm now confining my Cenozoic mammals to the 1/30-1/35 ish range. It's all about space. Plus I already have Paleo Sculpture's 1/35 resin short-faced bear.

Quote from: Halichoeres on February 25, 2025, 04:24:10 PMDang, only one of the ones I want. I don't think that's enough to justify a trans-Pacific parcel.

I too am waiting for more to arrive. Minizoo said 3 figures were missing and should be here at the end of the week. I'll update if they are prehistoric. The second batch should arrive in June/July

Oh, that's great! One more CollectA and maybe the PNSO Loki, and I think I'd feel good about pulling the trigger. Thanks for the info!

Well the Furcatoceratops and Jaekelopterus are available now, too LOL. If it was just the former I would have waited, but with the eurypterid available, I did a second order...

Ah I'm sorry! When I first posted about the new items I thought that was it, then later I saw a video on their Instagram stating some figures were still on the way.

The Jaekelopterus looks fantastic though. I'd get it if I had a display to put it in, but it seems like a waste for me to get it just to be put in storage. I'm hoping one day I can find space to set up some Prehistoric displays

I just ordered the Furcatoceratops. Pleased to acquire my first CollectA ceratopsian in many a year, ever since they started to put butt fuzz on them, in fact. The Furcato brings that epoch to an end, fortunately. That's why I'm placing this little order. They never lacked for interesting introductions, but these were marred, IMO, by the posterior ornamentation.

Ordered the Jaekelopterus, Ingentia, and Furcatoceratops (and PNSO Loki). Nice that all three of the ones I was most excited about were in the first batch. Excited for their imminent arrival!

Ingentia, Arctodus, Dalmatian, and Takahe arrived this past weekend; the Jaekelopterus and Furcatoceratops have landed and will probably have them in a week.
The bear is really nice in hand!

The Phorusrhacos looked better without the articulated jaw.  The exposed first finger I think will stop me getting this figure which I generally like.  I guess I'll be sticking with my Eikoh Titanis as far as terror birds go, for the foreseeable future...

Halichoeres

Yeah, everything looks better without an articulated jaw!

Agreed, though it doesn't seem likely that articulated jaws are going away any time soon.

TheCambrianCrusader

Odd choice to include a visible digit. Oh well still looks pretty good overall and Im definitely getting it. Waited a loooooooooong time for a good terror bird.

Sim

After looking at it further I think I can imagine the Phorusrhacos's exposed fingers as simply feathers.  I think I will get this figure now.

Considering CollectA have made stuff like Gallimimus, Furcatoceratops, Hypsilophodon, Koreaceratops, etc in ~ 1:35 scale, I think CollectA is the company who could consistently give us figures of species PNSO or Haolonggood would consider too small to make, like the aforementioned Gallimimus, Dilophosaurus, etc.

Who knows, maybe they'll be the first release a good Herrerasaurus...

And yes, I know HLG made Dilophosaurus, but they sold it as a pair (because it was too small to release just 1 figure?), and PNSO appears to consider it too small because I suppose they'd have released one by now.

I have just received the Ingentia and Furcatoceratops, they are beautiful, but I cant find Gallimimus for sale ☹️.

I don't think it's released yet. Soon maybe?

CollectA already released Herrerasaurus. It's...fine.

Yeah, second wave usually lands in summer, right?
