I like Todd Marshall's renditions of Giganotosaurus. With the spines and all.
The new PAPO Giganotosaurus should be a little larger than their Tyrannosaurus.
The skull preferably based on the newer and shorter restoration. (Scott Hartman or Greg Paul)
The neck must be more slender compared to Tyrannosaurus and the chest narrower.
The muscles be bulky on top due to the high muscle attachments of the vertebrate.
The legs should be considerably wide set apart. PAPO should not have problems with this as their theropods have big legs.
The tail of course must be longer than Rex's.
That's my opinion.

The various skull restorations.
The top one is the original reconstruction followed by Greg Paul's new skull.
The bottom is Scott Hartman's new version.

I think that is very possible that they do a figure wit this image.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

I love just about all of Damir's dinosaur art..but this one not so much and I'm not sure why...the pose, the angle..just..something.

I really hope papo adds spines, scutes cool really any cool spiny things.

We just need to point out it's related to Allosaurus..the artist with that info will do the rest given the excellent spiney bits on their Allosaurus already.  :)

that's a lot of skull variance.

Not really. The top one (along with most of the other restorations in popular culture) is inaccurately restored too long. Greg Paul and Scott Hartman (the other two in that image) have it right.

I'm looking for some expert or paleontologist who can write a few pages (with many pictures) on the work done and with the addition of some scientific results. Are there any volunteers?

I noticed someone brought up the Dino Crisis series as a pop culture source for Papo to base their figure on. I think a Therizinosaurus should be made based off the series, as it's the perfect representation of the species!

Look at that impeccable accuracy!

Hey i found that the actual creture in the game was a little more acurate then that.

I looked it up on Todd Marshal's art and It brought me this? How do you know if It's a Megalosaurus?

1. It says so in the file name
2.  It says so on TM's website http://www.marshalls-art.com/46758/421248/gallery/paleo-art-cw-collection-dinosaurs
3. It's fairly well known that piece of palaeoart is depicting a Megalosaurus. I'm no Todd Marshall fan, by any stretch of the imagination (heck I hate his work), but even I am aware of this fact.

Why do you hate his work?
Well, it's more of a personal taste thing than anything else....
I don't like how he puts a gazillion spiny bits on his dinosaurs, it looks totally deformed and unbelievable as a living animal. They look like reptilian pincushions.  Basically I feel as though he is trying to stick as many spiky bits on the animal to try and make it as "EXTREEM!!!111" as possible. I don't have a problem with dewlaps or spines on dinosaurs in general, but this guy just goes waaaaaay over the top.
I think he has great talent for drawing dinosaurs, but I just wish he would stop with the spikes.

A good example of what I'm talking about is this image:

I can't believe anyone could actually 'Hate' his art, I love so many of his paintings espically the Shonisaurus and Troodon paintings.

I have to agree..but I'm quite partial to spines, proto-feathers and similar structures. But let's not detour this topic too much.

We were discussing Giga I believe.  Here is Marshall's Giganotosaurus :
