Very [Greg] Paulian.... and very beautiful indeed.  Did Mr. Garratt make that forest base, or is that part of the kit?

Oh no, that's the base from Matt Manit's 1:20 Iguanodon, customized by Michael Kampa.

ceratopsian

I wondered how the Stygimoloch model would look painted up. Very nice indeed!

Shonisaurus

That pair of stygimoloch is great aweresome. I like groups of dinosaurs of the same species and of the same company in several positions. Nice figures.

For my tastes REBOR has done a great job here. I think this is the best thing since the Dimorphodon.
                * Measured along the spine the figure is 26.5 cm long. I still don't believe in a 9m+ Stegosaurus until I have seen one.
So this wonderful model (which looks like Stegosaurus stenops to me) is at least in 1:30, if not a bit larger.

v        next to PNSO's Ankylosaurus - these two figures go pretty well together in size and quality        v

Shonisaurus

I congratulate you postsaurischian for these two acquisitions, the Komodo summer is immense and the Rebor stegosaurus is more beautiful than I imagined it is even much larger than the Safari miragaia. Without a doubt the best stegosaurus made by this brand to date.

ceratopsian

Beautiful photos of the "Woodland" variant of the Stegosaurus.  I find this colour version much more appealing in your photos than the promo images.  Perhaps I should have taken advantage of Everything Dinosaur's slightly cheaper rate if you bought all three versions!

I can't see the tail join at all on yours either - full marks to Rebor on making this work so well.  I agree with you that it's the best thing Rebor has done since their Dimorphodon pair.  I especially enjoyed seeing the photos with the PNSO Ankylosaurus.  When my Stegosaurus arrived, it spent several days living next to my Ankylosaurus in the hall before it went into my model room to join my other stegosaurs!

Killekor

Congratulations for acquiring the new REBOR Stegosaurus, Postsaurischian!
It's a wonderful figure, probably REBOR's best offering ever, and I can't wait to have the opportunity to buy one! I love in particular the woodland coloration: a classic look that never loose it's charm for the good reason that it suits better on the animal than any other color scheme. Almost each time I see a green and red Stegosaurus I get fascinated by it.
Thanks also for the size comparison with the Carnegie Miragaia! Knowing the size of a figure is important for me in choosing what to buy, and this figure is just perfect for my tastes! Not too small but not gigantic.

Killekor
Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

Wow, that Stego is huge!  :o Definitely a nice-looking figure, though.

I love the little Nemicolopterus. Well-matched to the PNSO version.

The PNSO nemicolopteus is very cool and a work of art in the toy market, I congratulate you on your acquisition and your beautiful photographs.

Oh the SenSen Nemicolopterus is so gorgeous!  (And I am now even more sad that mine is still stuck in Customs  in China....)  I think it's a good choice to imitate the PNSO colours - I had thought I would perhaps do the same with mine.

Marilyn told me about the problem with the four Nemicolopterus models they're waiting for. I've got mine through eBay (pre-ordered it months ago)
and it also took much longer than expected to arrive. I guess there's good hope that yours will eventually arrive as well.
Sometimes I think I should join facebook one day (although I don't want to). The connections and prices seem to be much better there :-\ .

Such a cute little pterosaur!
I have  actually seen that Nemicolopterus on Ebay for a decent price, but I wasn't sure how reliable that auction is... Anyone can Say if it's safe to buy it? Because I would really like to have that figure and paint it by myself!

avatar_DragonRider02 @DragonRider02: This is where I've bought mine from. The seller is reliable.
You just have to check his offers carefully. He's also offering tons of bootlegs (which I refuse to buy).

bmathison1972

the insect looks like a generic beetle of some kind. I don't know prehistoric species of beetles well enough to know if it was modeled after something that existed at the time, or not. Beetles were around in the Cretaceous (although their diversity exploded in the Cenozoic)

Killekor

Wow, that's a really nice Nemicolopterus! I like how detailed and cute it is, and I find it even better than the PNSO version.
And thanks for the link DragonRider02! Maybe one day I'll buy one too.

Thanks for making time for this. I have never thought about the beetles' diversity explosion. Sounds very interesting though :) .
