Just because it is November doesn't mean its available immediately. It'll be a little bit more. Hopefully in time for my birthday on the 15th. ;)
So you are  November too? Mine's on the 30th.

Can I join the club? Mine in on the 27th.

Anyway, back to topic. I guess we shouldn't wait so much for new info so soon. All companies are delaying a lot the release of pictures. We didn't even saw 2013 Mojo mammals, that I suppose won't get release so soon.

Guess I'm a member as well..Nov.12th ! lol

We still have Papo ..I can never recall when exactly they announce the new ones.

Um, where did you get this info?! Please share!!

Takama

I got it from STS forum

here is a pic

This is the only animal figure that they reveled so far, all the other stuff was Fantasy items

Krissy

Sorry to arrive so late to the party.

Is that Carnegie T.rex on page 1 really happening? And do we know what scale it's going to be in? I need a decent 1/40 ish T.rex so urgently...

CityRaptor

Yes, it is happening. Seemingly in January.

The choice for Pachyrhinosaurus in December seems to be a good one. Not only is Christmas there aswell, but WWD3D, which should help boost sales for the species.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

I've heard the release dates of the new Safari figures are:
Carnegie Collection
Tyrannosaurus ReSculpt 25th Anniversary-January 2014

Wild Safari
Pachyrhinosaurus-December 2013
Monolophosaurus-December 2013
Suchomimus- November 2013
Carcharodon megalodon-September 2013
Ammonite-March 2014
Where will they be first available?
Release dates is one thing, shipping is another.  As far as we at Everything Dinosaur know, all the models are being made in Hong Kong, therefore once made they have to be distributed out from China.  We have already placed orders, we were one of the first companies to do so, but now it is in the hands of the shipping companies.  We would hope to get our first stock prior to Chinese New Year, but with most of these things nothing is guaranteed.

Is it too early to make a "Papo - new for 2014" thread?

Carnosaur

I like the dinos, I'll be picking all of them up.
As for the shark I think the Schleich Great white shark is still the best one out there.

The 2014 Safari catalog lists the new T-Rex as 1:40, 7.5" L x 5.5" H

Takama

I just seen on Facebook that The Wild Safari Scutosaurus is set for retirement next year.

Last time I checked, a 1:40 T. rex should be between 10"-12" long... :-\

The TRex will work out to being 12" long, I am sure, if you measure it down the spine;  but remember that is it is standing up with the tail curved around.  That is how they get the short measurement.

(Memo to any Carnegie / Safari staff that may be reading this:  please refer to Collecta's 2014 Carcharodontosaurus to see what your TRex body SHOULD have looked like)

Okay, we get it. You don't like the Carnegie Tyrannosaurus. No-one is putting a gun to your head and forcing you to buy the toy.

Stick to those Wild Safaris that you seem to love so much ::)

Aside from the tail looking a little too skinny, I don't see how the CC T. rex's body is in any way inaccurate.
