I would love to see a hadrosaur. I dont know if Rogers did the old ones or not, but the quality of her newest sculpts, she could make an awesome hadrosaur.
My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!

Hynerpeton

I kinda like the look of megalodon. Unsure right now though.

Walking With Monsers:
[about Lystrosaurus] Astonishingly, their vast herds make up more than half of all life on Earth. Never again will a single species do so well.

Walking With Monsters: (Hynerpeton) To avoid injury the males demonstrate their strength  in a strange  push up contest.

I wouldn't mind seeing say a large lambeosaur at all...or a 1/40 Anatotitan.

You mean a fully mature Edmontosaurus annectens. They were synonymized in 2011. (and not by Horner)

Right. This poor hadrosaur has had it's name changed so much it's probably having an identity crisis.  At least you knew what I was referring to. ..lol I guess I was specifically thinking of the SUE collection one scaled up to 1/40 .

A new Tyrannosaurus and Edmontosaurus would be awesome.

I've done enough hinting I think. Now its just a waiting game (and I sadly don't know when they will officially announce them, but I hope its soon).
You're too cruel.
Could you at least answer this - do either of the two figures have feathers?

Last month, you said the new Carnegies have a wide appeal,so I guess you saw them, the pics,or the prototypes,So I guess they are finalised (or not?).But if they're done, why nit revealing them to collectors?  :-\

The answer is obvious. Whatever source revealed them to him he doesn't want to harm or lose.  I can respect that and we'll have to as well.  If nothing else the hinting has given us something to discuss. :)

He isn't cruel,he just can't speak. He said he wants to speak about the 2 new figures but he can't
If he could speak,we'd have known the newCarmegies since/before August.
And he's kind enough that gave us a number of hints, plus denying somes of our guesses. Then we could thank him,I think.

Sarcasm is always a bit hard to convey through the internet, I completely understand why he can't reveal things to us.

I hope the (rumoured) new Carnegie 2014 Tyrannosaurus will look like this amazing new Tyrannosaurus by Sideshow:

I would like that too, but I doubt such a thing would happen. Forest Rogers has her own style that always comes through when she makes a dinosaur model (for example, the slender limbs and feet are a kind of trademark of her style)

I'm not saying that is a bad thing (she's a great sculptor indeed) but don't expect anything Jorge Blanco styled because her style is different.

Yes,I agree,every sculptor has his/her personal sculpting style  :)
But I hope  the Tyrannosaurus won't be a tripod.I personally don't care for Carnegie tripods so much, but their (rumoured)new T-rex would supposedly be an improvement from the good Anniversay Rex .Allosaurus,Stegosaurus,Velociraptor or Acrocanthosaurus need a resculpt much more than Tyrannosaurus,I think.
A new Allosaurus or Velociraptor from FG would be awesome  :D

Daspletodave

Speaking of Carnegie dinos in dire need of a resculpt- add Iguanodon, Parasaurolophus, Pteranodon, Kronosaurus, Plesiosaurus, and Apatosaurus. And you could add on dinos they've already discontinued, like Dilophosaurus, Psitacosaurus, and Pachycephalosaurus.

Good idea but...Pteranodon, Kronosaurus and Plesiosaurus aren't dinos

Heheh just messing with ya ;)

A quick note of thanks for everyone's input over the new releases (Wild Safari Dinos and Prehistoric Life model range), we compiled all the feedback received over the "Megalodon" model and emailed report over to Safari Ltd.

Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus

Love the 3 dinos. I was really excited when I first saw this thread...then I saw the Megladon. *sigh*
