Something I forgot to mention in my earlier post: a sauropod set from Kaiyodo would be fabulous!

I echo this sentiment. They've already released three prehistoric sets in the relatively short time they've been putting it new sets so perhaps there is hope.

So is anybody going to start a "New for 2015" category and start with a thread on Mojo? I keep checking back, but I'd like there to be a new category on the front page, maybe next to "New for 2014?"

Concavenator

Okay,so I think Safari will reveal their new items soon, probably in the next few weeks. And this is what I think they'll release:

Carnegie Collection:
Velociraptor (didn't even have to think here)

Wild Safari
Kosmoceratops
Shunosaurus
Probably Gorgosaurus

(I'm playing it safe..let's see which ones comes to life...I'd say three are very possible...but one is a 'will happen')

I doubt you'll need to for much longer.
Sorry, Tyrantqueen, I missed your post. I like american species because they go well in dioramas of animals I already have.

Hynerpeton

Walking With Monsers:
[about Lystrosaurus] Astonishingly, their vast herds make up more than half of all life on Earth. Never again will a single species do so well.

Walking With Monsters: (Hynerpeton) To avoid injury the males demonstrate their strength  in a strange  push up contest.

I think, regarding Safari Ltd.,and Carnegie that this is what we can expect for the next few years or at least what I have in my mind for the future which I think is very likely.
Obviously Carnegie is releasing a Velociraptor this year
Carnegie is going to spend most of the upcoming years resculpting, mostly expect Allosaurus and Stegosaurus.
Carnegie at some point will stop with the remaking procces one year, for then continuing again, and the species is going to be Archaeopteryx.
Wild Safari will continue doing ceratopsians (being Kosmoceratops very possible)
Wild Safari is also releasing some chinese dinosaurs over the years,we can expect Shunosaurus and Qianzhousaurus.
Wild Safari is going to surprise us with a modern interpretation of Deinocheirus if people requests it a bit more.
And also,Carnegie is going to release an Apatosaurus in 2016,and after that,I doubt they'll make any more sauropods .

Concavenator

I think the 1st of September something exciting is going to happen
On 2012 on 1st Sept. we discovered the Carnegie Concavenator
Last year,we found out Safari's 2014 releases(Suchomimus,Pachyrhinosaurus,Monolophosaurus)

So I bet something similar is going to happen this year. And there are actually a few days left!
YAY!

Cryolophosauro

I'm just hoping for a safari Einiosaurus eventually.....hopefully for 2015.

I've been longing for one of those for quite awhile myself. Hopefully this will be the year!

Same. I own the Dinosaur Train ones, but I'd love a realistic one, too!

Yeah, I have wanted an Einiosaurus that is scientifically accurate for a while now.
And because safari has been releasing a new Ceratopsian every year, all of the releases are great in terms of accuracy. So I'm definitely hoping for one this year. And it doesn't seem too out of the picture, if you ask me.

Ultimatedinoking

A pyroraptor, a saltasaurus, a tyrannosaurus with stripes or spots (there's too many bland rexs running around) and tons of pterosaurs!
I may not like feathered dinosaurs and stumpy legged Spinosaurs, but I will keep those opinions to myself, I will not start a debate over it, I promise. 😇

I have bad news.A STS member has told that, after emailed Safari for announcement of the 2015 releases, they said they were going to announce them in 2015.

stargatedalek

thats not bad news, its just news
honestly if it wasn't a February 2015 release I wouldn't be expecting announcements in 2014

Following the Battat announcement, I expect they are running for the hills!!!   >:D

I'd like to see more landed pterosaurs, perhaps tapejaridae
pterosaurs in a landed pose are so rare
