What's the long-snouted guy to the right of the PV marine reptiles, between the Innovative Kids Arthropleura and Brachauchenius? Some kind of sturgeon?

That's the K&M Japanese Sawshark!

SBell

And now the bottom half of the cabinet! A lot more randomness in this one...

Halichoeres

Ah yes, that makes sense. Thanks!

By the way, I look at the dinosaur skulls of the Safari toob and remind me that Favorite will also market dinosaur skulls and prehistoric animals.

The estemmenosuchus of Jurassic Park is one of the figures of the group that catches my attention the most. Also the lycaenops of Jurassic Park is very cool.  8)

Lots of beautiful goodies here... :)

I love randomness!

It's going to be that way for a while...the last shelves are probably the most 'themed'. Mostly...!

The Estemmenosuchus was definitely one of my toughest finds. It took 3 different ebay auctions--none that had their dino damage patch. I finally got one when an auction of accessories (mostly guns and restraints) showed up...I missed the auction, but the buyer was kind of enough to mail me the damage pieces for the Scuto and Estemenno!

It's hard to believe that this is the only toy ever made of this weird critter (until this year).  I did consider dismantling one of my spares and seeing if I couldn't fix the front legs (they are...backwards?) but there were too many other people out there that needed one, so I just sold them (and honestly, not really for that much!)

And now the top of side 2 of the cabinet!

Halichoeres

Full set of I Dig Prehistoric Sharks! Shame they were not long for the world.

SBell I congratulate you on the great collection of prehistoric animals of the Palozoic and Triassic that you have on your shelves. By the way, if I have not asked you before I suppose you'll have a good number of prehistoric animal figures  :)

I have a lot...not sure where the numbers are right now. Several thousand though. And I recently sold several hundred models! Prehistoric and modern animals.

Bokisaurus

Wonderful, just wonderful! You must have a pretty good way of keeping track of which line each figures are from. I'm in the process of cataloguing my collection, and it's proven to be overwhelming when it comes to the small figures! ;D I may have to ask your help in identifying some  :))

I have a whole database for keeping track! Actually, I'm onto version 2, since I rebuilt it this past summer. It definitely helps, and it keeps a record of everything, even if I don't have something anymore!

And now the bottom half of this cabinet!

Many dinosaurs...but not as many as there once were. And then some squishy backbone-less things!

These may be the most crowded shelves; there's always some kind of issue with making things fit well. So I'll revisit again someday!

SBell

And now! The last cabinet!

First, top of the cabinet...kind of a mix of things...

Then the shelves (top of first half).

First one is all Starlux, plus a few other breakables and resins...

And then fish! So many fish! Mostly the various freshwater ones from various companies. I think a lot of my restructuring and even selling off had as much to do with giving these a better display!

More tomorrow-ish!

Libraraptor

"Breakables " is a funny category :))

Neosodon

Nice fish collection! Didn't even know that was a thing.

"3,000 km to the south, the massive comet crashes into Earth. The light from the impact fades in silence. Then the shock waves arrive. Next comes the blast front. Finally a rain of molten rock starts to fall out of the darkening sky - this is the end of the age of the dinosaurs. The Comet struck the Gulf of Mexico with the force of 10 billion Hiroshima bombs. And with the catastrophic climate changes that followed 65% of all life died out. It took millions of years for the earth to recover but when it did the giant dinosaurs were gone - never to return." - WWD

Well, it started out as a Satrlux cabinet. And then I just had a few other weird things that didn't fit elsewhere. Weird resin Sphenacodon, weird resin Dimetrodon. Weird Elastolin (?) Hyena. Weird (broken & repaired) X-Plus Phororhacos. So they kind of got stuck in there too!

Other than certain species (koi, goldfish...) it's not a particularly large range out there, given how many fish there are (and were). But they're still my favorite animals.

Bokisaurus

Those fishes looks darn good, love those custom made ones.
This photos reminds me that I did the right decision to put the brakes on fishes ;D I'm already overwhelmed by my Yowies and Kaiyodos :D
