Well, that sucks. Better lock the door next time.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Not my collection but a friends who is well known to many on here ....

The antediluvian miniatures....

Fantastic figures....

These retro dinosaur figures are attractive, may I ask which DTF member these figures belong to?

UK

Hi Manuel, they are not a member, just known to a number of us.

Hope you're taking care of yourself.

Well, I am taking care of myself. The situation of the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in my city and in my nation in general is disturbing and worrying. I think they are going to confine us to the whole city.

On the other hand, take care of yourself and the rest of the DTF members because if this continues like this we will have a very complicated and worrying winter. Take care of everyone!!!

Wow those Crystal Palace styled figures are wonderful. Here I was thinking Favorite was the only company to take those on (or at least the Iguanodon).

Andrew from Antediluvian Miniatures just sent me an update on my Allosaurus commission.

Great looking retro figure.

Nice "retro" dinosaur figure by the way, Antediluvian Miniatures still sell dinosaur figures?

On the other hand my congratulations for having found that "retro" allosaurus.

UK

The Antediluvian miniatures Allosaurus arrived this morning so I took some time to rearrange my shelves. Pictures don't do it justice, I wished I had this level of artistic talent.

A few hefty and mighty figures on display today.

My most recent acquisition links all the photos.... So what is it?

I'm also curious about the big terror bird in the last picture, all the way on the right.

avatar_UK @UK : Wonderful, fantastic outstanding collection! I especially like the shelf with the marine reptiles, the safari ??? Diplodocus, I admire the caveman parade over
the door and like most the shelf with the old retro figures, the terror bird and Nessie with her "snail horns"!

The old retro dinosaurs remind me on the figures from Crystal Palace and drawings in old dinosaur books from ca. 1870 -1930!

Thank you Kirsty.

Andrew the sculpture of the retro figures did indeed base them on the crystal palace figures.

And being from Northern Scotland, he knows all about Loch Ness  :)

Oh, you got the Darwin play set!
Also where is that Dunkleosteus from?
It looks interesting.

It's a one off Japanese sculpt brought into the UK by avatar_Invicta Hunter @Invicta Hunter.

avatar_UK @UK By the way, what material is this exceptional Japanese sculpture of dunkleosteus made of? It looks cool and exceptional. My congratulations on your great collection of dinosaurs and prehistoric animals.

I think that fish is a Coccosteus. The profile is wrong for a Dunk.
