It reminds me of a modern day monitor lizard of some sort like a Perentie.

I agree. I don't know why I didn't say that in my original post on this drawing/art.

Sorry, the paper one.
sorry for the late reply. unfortunately, the spinosaurus is made entirely by hand and while i do have the plans drawn out, i have yet to scan them.

i suppose the telecrator has a very strong varanid like vibe to it. the skeleton did remind me a lot of a water monitor personally.

I like the cetacean look of your mosasaur. Did you finish the Teleocrater?

spinosaurus1

nah, i haven't finished the telocrater yet. been messing with some digital programs that i purchased recently. been trying to get use to making illustrations with them.

anyway, heres the finished mosasaurus :) my first digitally drawn and colored illustration

Great result as usual, to my untrained eye it doesn't even look like a digital drawing.

Jose S.M.

The Mosasaurus is great! And the Utahraptor looks so different without the feathers, looks like another group of theropods, not dromeosaurs.

ZoPteryx

That Mosasaurus is really incredible, very naturalistic!

AcroSauroTaurus

That Mosasaurus is amazing, it looks like a photo. Great work as always! ;)
I am the Dinosaur King!
