(..you should see the video in its original 6K definition but unfortunately it's too heavy for Flickr..)

Wonders of the Wild Coelacanth will be the next.. stay tuned..  ^-^

Absolutely splendid presentation, avatar_RobinGoodfellow @RobinGoodfellow . I must say that your choice of musical accompaniment was powerfully evocative, very chthonic/ earth force in its power and mystique. Do you know the name of the artist and this particular piece?

The music (composed by Armand Amar) is taken from the wonderful "Home" ' soundtrack for the movie by Yann Arthus Bertrand

 :D Excellent video presentation!
It's different with wonderful pictures, tasty music and no talking heads.
I love it, you should do more!
X-Plus/StarAce have done a great job (and should thank you, too).

ceratopsian

Impressive music to accompany a powerful statue. (And I had no idea what the music was, so thanks for introducing me to it.)

..another Wonders of the Wild statue: Coelacanth by X-Plus/StarAce and Sculpted by Kaibutsuya

(..I know, even if it seems a prehistoric fish, it's an extant one.. but its ancient look is not so bad on my shelf..  ;)  )

Duna

That's a very cool figure. Love its vivid eyes ...  :-*

Really like the Elasmotherium mini diorama - it's both majestic and touching, what with the sheer bulk and assertiveness of the adult and the presence of the young, in it's resting and vulnerable position.

Bokisaurus

Very nice and haunting videos! Love watching it and thanks for posting that soundtrack, I'm going to order it, sounds like a good one to play while working on artwork 😃

..I was doing some order to my Flickr page and I had the idea to show on this thread some group pictures of mammals and birds of Cenozoic times from my collection.. mainly because Megafauna needs more love on DTF..

Here they are:

Absolutely fabulous. Your colleciton is extensive. I can't wait for we finally get an updated and good size Megatherium figure.

ceratopsian

It's good to be reminded of just how extensive your Cenozoic collection is.

..also a photo-compositing work I did on 2017.. it's a scale comparison for CollectA figures:

 :)

Bokisaurus

I remember that photo. Wish the models were all really to scale with each other😃

..to be honest, there is a very large number of new figures I should take pictures of.. but in the last year I'm not so motivated anymore.. sorry..  :-\

Anyway, some recent CollectAs.

The first one is Alf, the Paraceratherium :

I really don't know why I'm calling it "Alf"....  ;)  ;D

The new Paraceratherium will join the family soon..

The second one is CollectA Cooperoceras :

(the CollectA family : )

The third one is not a prehistoric one:  CollectA Anglerfish

postsaurischian

Wow! Great shot of the Anglerfish! You've made the photophore glow :) .

Bokisaurus

Awesome as always, I just love that CollectA anglerfish!
I can totally relate to you about taking photos, I have been on the same phase late it's not having much motivation 😩, which is hard since collections threads here like yours are the ones I still really enjoy and look forward to... no drama or negative, just pure enjoyment and appreciation of the models.

Anyway, thanks for sharing! That helps me motivated a bit to do the same with some of the ones I haven't posted 😃
Cheers!
