Has there been any KO sightings of the minis?  I'm tempted to buy a bunch from ebay, but the seller also sells stuff from FloZ which is pretty much KO'ing Papo.  At lease the seller is identifying them as such, so I'm kinda torn on getting them.

I haven't seen any knockoffs yet. But if you want to support someone who doesn't sell knockoffs, Dejankins is selling both the minis and the vinyl figures (http://www.dejankins.com/pnso/). He's in the US but ships internationally.

does anyone else here have the PNSO chungkingosaurus? i just purchased it today as it was the most visually pleasing model i seen PNSO produce thus far, but i haven't really seen that many reviews for it besides two youtube videos.

I bought one for Xmas! I think it's a fantastic figure, really large and detailed. The paint on the figure isn't quite on par with the sculpting but still pleasing enough. Overall I'm very happy with it and it is a real eye-catcher.
Check out my new Spinosaurus figure: http://dinotoyblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=5099.0

I too have one.  I agree with Dinomike that the sculpt is better than the paint application.  Mine also has a slightly wonky leg, but a bit of blutack to even out how the foot sits on the ground sorts that.  I'm very fond of the model.

RobinGoodfellow

I really like it.
That's mine:

I have it and I think it's my favorite of the big vinyls.

thank you everyone for the answers. really eager to have this piece in hand since it's my first PNSO figure i ever purchased. really digging the coloration on the official photos, but i had a feeling that the production figures won't be up  to par. still loving the color scheme however.

Yeah, it's almost like having a Sideshow piece. It's that good.

spinosaurus1

what about seam lines. from what i heard, this is a recurring problem in some of their larger figures

Dyscrasia

The seam lines are there, but not too apparent.

The sculpt itself is indeed comparable to that of a Sideshow Dinosauria statue.

spinosaurus1

thanks alot for the info and photos. now i'm really eager to get this guy and display it with my larger figures. a real beauty

Is the chungkingosaurus solid vinyl?  I originally thought the Pegasus Hobbies were hollow vinyl, and only picked up one Triceratops from BBTS for 20 bucks!!!  I'm kicking myself when it arrived and the items sold out.

The PNSO Triceratops looks like a good mount for Dino-Rider armor :).

The Chungkingosaurus is hollow.

No, they've been off Amazon for some time. A shame, since I really wanted to read No One Wants to Live a Solitary Life: Stories of Dinosaurs and In the End, When It Comes to War Everyone Loses: Stories of Dinosaurs.  ;)

Yes, AND you can order them from amazon.co.uk because they are shipped from China, hence there is none of the usual "cannot deliver outside the UK" nonsense that one often runs into there.

I have ordered the PNSO Triceratops and the new TRex from amazon.co.uk.

Yes, that's what I was looking at. Most of them have even disappeared from the UK site, but those goofy titled books are still available, which they're not from the American Amazon.
