Ah don't worry I didn't think you where being rude or offensive :) and what you said was interesting I would just like to know specifically what is wrong with the figure, I'm only 17 and by no means consider myself a scholar on this stuff but I do draw dinosaurs and try to make the as accurate as I can ( example of some of my work http://backocean.deviantart.com/art/Daspletosaurus-629967180 ) so I'm just interested in the specifics of whats wrong with the figure perhaps on an anatomical scale like is the arm to long, is the skull to big, is the tail to short, etc.

also I know this isn't the place but it would be awesome if you guys could check out my work

You may just have gained yourself a watcher... I'm Stuff-by-Tyto over there. I'm amazed by the amount of skill in your art, even more so because I and a lot of other people could never have drawn that well at your age.

Just got the Polacanthus, which appeared to be way better than expected. Posted some pictures in my collection thread!

I have the figure of the polacanthus and is very detailed that I recommend it to every collector. The only thing I do not like is the head reminds me of a dragon and especially the twist of the tail I think is unnatural.

spinosaurus1

what twist are you referring too might i ask? the tail articulation actually looks pretty sound for a nodasaurid... which is odd to say considering that this is a papo figure

I mean the tail end that folds in a way that does not strike me as natural. That's what I mean.

granted, the animal in question can achieve sed pose by naturalistic and anatomical means, but i guess thats just subjective to the overall aesthetics of the pose. perhaps the the tail just articulates to one side suddenly can be a little jarring.

Thanks for posting these, teddybier. After all the fighting it's just good to have some clear pictures of the real-life figure. I like the body, but the head seems weird to me, so I'll probably give it a miss myself, but I can see both its appeal and equally why some didn't take to it.

God that Acrocanthosaurus is tasty. Wash the taste of Schleich straight outta my mouth.

The finish on those look really good.

I'm more sure now that I will get the Ceratosaurus.

The Ceratosaurus is smaller than I expected. That's a very good thing!  :D

there was also an image of the Crylophosaurus and Polocanthus, but i figured they we we seen enough of them.

For some Reason, the Dimorphodon was not preasent

Those look really good, especially that Ceratosaurus! Although I did notice that it appears the upper portion of the skull is molded separately from the body? It's most noticeable on the Acro; correct me if I'm wrong, but previous models by Papo have the upper skull molded with the body correct?

Derek.McManus

Those pictures look better than the official ones...I'm really looking forward to seeing these figures in the flesh so to speak!

I am absolutely IN LOVE with that Acrocanthosaurus! ;D The Ceratosaurus is looking amazing as well! Looks like I'm buying all three of the 2017 Papo theropods then!
