Blade-of-the-Moon

I would think this is from the new film.  There is a statue of him at Universal Japan :

Bronze statue of John Hammond, baby dinosaur, and a child (could be Tim?) at the Jurassic Park attraction at Universal Studios Japan.

Meso-Cenozoic

Hey Chris! Wow, I've never seen that bronze statue from Universal Studios Japan. That is really nice! And I think you might be right.... the boy looks like Tim to me too.  :D

Blade-of-the-Moon

I think the dinosaur is a Hypsilophodon, an animal that was in the book but not the film.  An interesting choice.

That's what it looks like.
I may not like feathered dinosaurs and stumpy legged Spinosaurs, but I will keep those opinions to myself, I will not start a debate over it, I promise. 😇

Probably we will see a glimpse of a dinosaur like in Godzilla teaser or we wont see any dinosaur in the teaser.

Say what you will, Trevorrow knows how to pleasantly tease the fanboys. :)

Does this mean they found the james bond style shaving cream can?
Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen

Wonder how they do that part
That can only had a cool effect for 2 to 3 days max

whose to say it wasn't picked up by then?

I wouldn't read too much into this picture. I think it's just a nice little gag of Colin's for the fans. Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't appear at all in the final film.

Well why would they recreate that whole sign if it isn't in the film ? Even if it's just in the background... I'm hopeful. 8)

a sign isn't particularly hard to recreate, perhaps it was even reused
