I posted this on the Classified page, in my Trades thread, but I figure this is worth posting here too:
I have new, unassembled with packaging Kaiyodo CC Saurus Triceratops (Series A) and T-rex (Series B) for trade:

Here's what they look like assembled: https://www.facebook.com/149100965149683/photos/a.149119588481154.31207.149100965149683/149213608471752/?type=3&theater

My wish list includes any Battat except Stego, a wide range of Bullylands, a good handful of Kinto/Favorites, a ton of CollectAs, and a select handful of retired Safari/Carnegies/Schleichs. PM me if you think we might deal.
cheers

CityRaptor

They are Plesiosaurus, Pliosaurus and Ichthyosaurus.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

I am convinced that this is one of the best toy lines to collect when it comes to dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures.

You can't help, but fall in love or be addicted with them.

Yep, definitely. I love anything they make- extant animals, dinosaurs, model kits or whatever :)

They are so pretty. I have a few, thanks to Seijun, a good eye and luck. I wish these were easier to acquire... Maybe they are, but I'm at a low point in dino collecting.

docronnie

I am just curious as to how much collectors have paid for them, the lowest and highest, and how much you are willing to pay for each Dinotale figure?

I buy on ebay, where prices vary wildly. But for individual models, I've paid as little as US$4.95 including shipping, and as much as $15 (for the Kaiyodo Deinonychus.) My price range is typically under $10.

Prices seem to vary based on rarity of the model...I think Kaiyodo collections are released much like sports trading cards in the US...in each set, some particular cards or figures are produced in fewer numbers than the rest of the set, so some are common and affordable, and some are rare and more pricey. But I'm just speculating there.

I also got lucky several months ago and scored a lot of 8 figures for $14 (including shipping), including the rarer, more expensive Eryops, Coelophysis and both versions of Oviraptor! So I recommend you buy low on common figures, and keep an eye out for those special opportunities to grab the rare models for deep discounts.

docronnie

Thanks for sharing Georassic! Roughly $1.75 each, Congrats!

In my case, I really don't know which one is rare or common. But I always get the dinos first, before I consider getting the non-dinos. So,  I left that Eryops behind.

The lowest I got P15 and the highest is P50. I won't go over P50.

Nobody wants that chocolate--it's terrible.  The info card/stickers are usually good with the figures, but the series info (where separate) are rarely necessary for all but the most obsessive collectors.

Tasted the chocolates, they were not that bad. 😃

That's right. These aren't Dinotales.
On DTF v.1 we had an extra thread for the japanese mueum- and expo figures.
We could have one here as well.
