The Chasmosaurus has the potential to look way better than the initial release IMO.

I'm still of the opinion that the Zuniceratops should've just had a 100% unique sculpt, with no parts sharing from the other Body 2 ceratopsids.

Eatmycar

The Chasmosaurus puts me to sleep, frankly. But that Zuniceratops is amazing. I'll happily scoop it up.

The new Chasmosaurus is looking a lot better than the neon-lime green version imo.

I like my lime-green version, viewed from the perspective of it being a piece of "modern art".  But I could be tempted to get the other as a mate.  But the Zuniceratops doesn't appeal to me personally.

Is that a hint of metallic on it I see? Really dig how it is turning out so far, as well as the baby. Looking forward to getting both in the future.

I quite like both versions. I already have the green, so I'm not fully sure if I'll get one but I may.

I probably would've eventually caved and bought the green BotM Chasmosaurus had Haolonggood not come out with their version. Coincidentally in a more natural green than the BotM. On the other hand I really like the brow-hornless specimen of C. belli Raul Ramos chose to base his sculpt off of. Which is why I was personally hoping HLG's Chasmosaurus would've been C. russeli so I could justify getting both in my collection.

Seems to be the same iridescent effect seen on the fantastic Medusaceratops! Now that figure was a stunner. Easily one of my favourite colour schemes on a dinosaur model, and highly underrated imo.

Carnoking

Yeah, no, definitely going to need that red one, especially to go along with the calves!

The Chasmosaurus actually turned out to be one of my favorites from the line just in terms of sheer posing potential, so I certainly won't mind getting another with a more pleasing paint job.

Chasmosaurus is one of the original BOTM Ceratopsians I missed out on. :( So I was glad to see that he will be coming back around. I was unaware that after some of these figures are sold out, they aren't being made anymore. Like, I am shocked they haven't rereleased the sub adult Triceratops yet?! I would expect that to be one of their bigger sellers! I know I want another one just so I could open one of them (as of now I have kept all of them sealed in their boxes). So when David told me that Nasutoceratops was planned to be repainted for the Cyberzoic line, I knew I had to hunt down one of the original BOTM Nasutoceratops instead because I want them all in uniform packages (and luckily, I found one). The whole Cyberzoic line doesn't really interest me much unless it releases some all-new Ceratopsian species.

But anyway, I can only (slowly) chip away at the list of BOTM Ceratopsians I need to get as I can afford them (and get them on sale). While I haven't gotten any of the repaints yet, currently, I still need to get Protoceratops hellenikorhinus, Chasmosaurus, Sinoceratops, Utahceratops and the adult Triceratops (and I am just hoping none of them sell out before I can get them).

avatar_FlawedCoil82 @FlawedCoil82 All of those are available on the Creative Beast website still. Although Chasmosaurus is up for pre-order. Expected in stock next month though.

Right, I know they are still up there for sale for the time being. But I am currently tapped out financially so I am currently still paying off my previous order, plus I try to wait for sales to happen to help stretch what little money I do have a bit further (plus my house payment going up another $100 next month doesn't help). :-\ But I still hope to get the rest of them this year since I know some may never come back. I am mainly worried about Protoceratops hellenikorhinus since it says "low stock" and I don't know if they will get in any more.

Faelrin

avatar_FlawedCoil82 @FlawedCoil82 I definitely know how you feel. I'm still behind on a bunch myself. Fingers crossed they in stock for a while so you can get your hands on all of those.
