Jose S.M.

I think the last one looks really good!

Shonisaurus

I sincerely understand that sculpture prototypes are fine. Either of the next two figures could be good.

PWRXerXes

I think this is everything what I can do for now. It is too small to make better details and my practise is not enough :/
Ofc I am quite happy for now and after some time I will probably see how to improve my figures

Newt

Very nice! I look forward to seeing the final piece.

Halichoeres

Yeah, I agree this is strong work.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Sometimes I draw pictures

Thanks everyone:) I am pleased:)

I am making Smilodon step by step and forelimbs are done from both sides (inner and outer). Also small piece of chest has been made. One hindlimb has begun

It is going slowly but I think it is rather advantage of epoxy clay. I do tiny piece I wait I do another tiny piece. Polymer clay doesn't stick properly to poly-clay so using this "step by step" is not good choice.
I will stay with epoxy

I also made little progress with t rex
His right foot was changed. I did it 3 or 4 times so it almost made me mad. Second foot (left) was added.
Some details to chest.
I also opened the chest and made it empty inside, so t rex could stand in his dynamic pose.

I changed the shape of previous smilodon fatalis and after some upgrades I'll show it

Shonisaurus

You are making some wonderful sculptures of the two kings of the Mesozoic and Cenoizoic. I honestly can't wait to see the figures fully finished.

I see the smilodon very stylized and on the other hand the tyrannosaurus the pose is dynamic and very elegant.

What I am telling you is a sincere and real statement. Those figures are wonderful, they are better than many prototype figures on the market. They are very well made, especially I really like your elegant style.

Little update. I have mainly changed a shape of chest and belly

Other upgrades regard places between legs and other details. Forelimbs are still dismounted

PWRXerXes

I am doing it once again...
Feet. It's 5th time that I am doing them
I like new feet
Here are new ones

And here are old ones

PWRXerXes

Some new details.
Tyrannosaurus rex:)

Comparing new leg with old one. Left leg is new

New leg. New design

Old leg. Old design

And new perspective

Flaffy

Lovely front view, really captures Tyrannosaurus's binocular vision!

Hi, there will be no update of trex and smilodon for a while because there is another "project", more important ofc.
Trex has some new little upgrades (second leg, belly) but it is not enough to show to you.
Smilodon also changed his shape a little bit.
I will post both of them later when I upgrade them more.
Today I would like to show you sth I am working on for about month. It is Haast eagle. It is just wings for now but I made them about 10x so it took a loooot of time to get acceptable work.
It is more important because it will be modular sculpture ready for moulding and casting.

Newt

Very cool! I look forward to seeing your progress.
