Post modified to embiggen the pictures!

Very nicely displayed. I suspect the collection will grow now you've joined the Forum!

True, but I think it may be bad for my bank balance!

Gothmog the Baryonyx

A great start, you have some lovely figures. I see you do not have the patience to wait for Everything Dinosaur to get the new PNSO figures in.
Even with the PNSO that Eofauna Atlasaurus is still probably my favourite. Magnificent figure.
Megalosaurus, Iguanodon, Archaeopteryx, Cetiosaurus, Compsognathus, Hadrosaurus, Brontosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Albertosaurus, Herrerasaurus, Stenonychosaurus, Deinonychus, Maiasaura, Carnotaurus, Baryonyx, Argentinosaurus, Sinosauropteryx, Microraptor, Citipati, Mei, Tianyulong, Kulindadromeus, Zhenyuanlong, Yutyrannus, Borealopelta, Caihong

Welcome to the Forum, Callophrys of Lycaenidae.  For someone just dipping into the hobby whose fledgling collection is limited to half-a-dozen figures you have done yourself very proud, indeed.  And, yes, your bank account is bound to feel the effects if you continue to stick with such high-end examples.  I admire the display shelf, by the way.  Hope you are able to expand your collection soon; we look forward to seeing more.

avatar_Callophrys @Callophrys My welcome to the forum. He is honestly wise when it comes to saving. You have to look at the bank account, wise words. Leaving that topic you have great pleasure, sincerely a little pleasure judging that you buy the Eofauna and PNSO collectible figures, my congratulations on your beautiful collection. Sometimes it is better to have few and well-spaced figures than to have many that you later see and want to clean them of dust and to place on the shelves. Make yourself at home friend.

Thanks Gothmog! Yes, I couldn't wait I'm afraid! I've pre-ordered the Eofauna Triceratops from ED (the dominant version). Agree with you on the Atlasaurus, it's an absolutely beautiful figure!

Thanks Varanops! Nice of you to comment on the shelf, simple but effective I think. I have some more figures on order, but I'm going to need a bigger shelf!

Thank you Shonisaurus! I'm quite selective about what I'll buy, favouring quality over quantity and preferring figures that look like animals rather than monsters. That's why it's likely I'll buy every dinosaur Eofauna make!

Halichoeres

Welcome to the forum, avatar_Callophrys @Callophrys! This is an excellent set of seeds for a collection, much more auspicious than mine. My first half dozen or so figures were all Papo, although they've all since been replaced by more realistic depictions.

Winter Wilson, the Eofauna Giga, and the GR Toys Spinosaurus all scale up almost if not perfectly together. The three would look really good displayed together.

What a good-looking group of dinos :)) And your photos are absolutely gorgeous, especially those headshots of Winter Wilson. They really let you appreciate the details in that sculpt.

Thanks avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres! There are a number of companies releasing some cracking figures at the moment, so my collection is sure to grow.

Thanks avatar_Dusty Wren @Dusty Wren! I'm quite a keen photographer, specialising in close-ups, so these were fun to do. For any fellow photographers, these were all focus stacked, so that all of the figure is in focus from front to back. The Tuojiangasaurus consists of 41 individual photos stacked together. Winter Wilson is a fantastic figure, and I can certainly forgive any minor inaccuracies (scale-size, lack of lips, etc.). The front view shows that mine is a little bong-eyed, "one eye going to the shops, the other coming back with the change", as they say...

Hello and welcome to the forum!  What a great set of figures you have!

Thank you for the warm welcome avatar_Libraraptor @Libraraptor! The response from you & others indicates I'm going to enjoy being a member of this community!

Bread

Lovely photos! They make these figures really pop out and life like! I keep seeing more and more photos of the Atlasaurus,  and every time it makes me so tempted to just buy it already.

Bokisaurus

Very nice and elegant collection! Those figures looks great and goes well together as a collection display.
Looking forward to see how your collection grows and what other non- PNSO or eofauna figures will make the cut😂
Now you need to add ceratopsians and marine reptiles 😃

Avian

Awesome! If you are interested in expanding your collection with similar figures and companies I recommend Vitae. Their figures would fit really well with your PNSO and Eofauna models.
You must understand the past before you can change the future.

Thanks avatar_Bread @Bread! I'll be sure to post photos of each new figure I get. You really need an Atlasaurus in your life! It's a superb figure of an unusual sauropod.

Thanks B @Bokisaurus! I have the GR Carcharodontosaurus on order, and I'm thinking about the Nanmu Giga. It's a bit more "monsterish" looking than I'd like, but it's still a beautiful piece. I definitely need some ceratopsians! I've pre-ordered the Eofauna Triceratops, and I'm looking to see what else is out there. I'm less fussed about marine reptiles currently, but that might change.

Thanks avatar_Avian @MammothProductions! I've had a look at Vitae, but there's nothing that really catches my interest at the moment.

Welcome to the forum! Your collection's off to a really good start! Just, oh gosh. It really goes to show how important quality is over quantity. I also really love the photography too. Your pics look so good!

I'm looking forward to seeing your collection expand as well, even if your bank account might be unhappy about that, haha! :D
